The location is ideal for year-round activities like shopping and wineries as well as seasonal activities like boating, ice fishing, snowmobiling and skiing. Conveniently located next to Windjammer Marina for easy access to boat rentals during the summer months. For bikers, runners, and snowmobilers, the Petoskey to Mackinaw Trail is located across the street. The parking area can accommodate up to six vehicles and the dock has space for a couple boats and jet skis.
