Convenient house in a great part of town

Stayed for over a week while visiting with family and friends. I really like this part of town - and the house is located with very walkable access to restaurants and shops. Right off Columbia Parkway it's a quick drive to downtown and back

The house was in a perfect location for our weekend plans. Although it’s not a newer build and that’s evident inside, it has a large parking space, plenty of space to park on the street, the first floor living area is updated and comfortable (futon is great!), the bedrooms were big and there were plenty of linens and thoughtful details like makeup towels, cotton swabs, etc. The only drawback was the shower/tub in the upstairs bathroom. It’s very very chipped and didn’t feel particularly clean due to the age. We purchased a plastic bath mat to make the shower feel a little more comfortable for our family.

Long Weekend

I booked the house for my son and friend for their trip to Cincinnati for a long weekend. The house is extremely convenient to downtown and to all of our planned activities. A very safe, walkable neighborhood. The house was just as advertised and worked out perfectly for their stay. Thanks to Will for making everything so easy.
