Welcome to our NEW house with a private pool, game room and BBQ. Very quiet neighborhood with free parking and free WIFI.

Very centric location with short distances to the best places:

- Walt Disney World: Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Disney Springs, and Epcot are all approx. 25 min drive

- Universal Studios: approx. 40 min drive

- All types of supermarkets within a 5-10min drive. There is a Publix market within walking distance.
The space
Our house offers Smart TVs with Disney+, and Hulu.

And since we thought about every little detail for your convenience, you will also find:

- 3 Coffee machines with normal coffee, decaf and tea.
- Private pool with BBQ area.
- Game Room with Nintendo Switch and other games.
- First aid kit
- Free WiFi!
- Fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove, microwave, air fryer, rice cooker, slow cooker, and toster.
- Laundry washer & dryer plus pods
- Bathroom kits

- For infants, we have a baby chair, pack-and-play, and a stroller on site.

* There are cameras on site, at the front door and at the patio. They are for insurance purposes. We do not have cameras inside the property.

*The barbecue must be cleaned after each use by the guests. An extra $50 cleaning fee will be charged if the appliance is left dirty.
