The space
Because our Airbnb has a pool, we ask all guests to adhere to the below Liability Waiver prior to booking.

Liability Waiver:
You understand that the use of the pool is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with swimming and using the pool. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from using the pool and hold the owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that swimming, and using the pool may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person swimming, or using the pool if a person has health risks, or if a person swims while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. If children are in your party, you agree to turn on all alarms located on all doors leading to the pool area (alarms are installed on doors. To turn on, simply set the alarm switch into the ON position). The alarm will activate if the door is opened. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against the owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming or using the pool. All VRBO Guests in my party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understood this waiver and they acknowledge that confirming a booking constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between VRBO Guests and VRBO Host.
Other things to note
Our pool is cleaned every Wednesday morning. Please make sure you wait an hour after our pool person leaves to use the pool again.

Our lawn is mowed every Wednesday or Thursday.
