Enjoy the views from the couch or step outside to one of our two decks to breathe in the scenery. When you are ready to recline, two bedrooms await to give you a blissful night of sleep. We welcome guests from all backgrounds to relax and unwind at our peaceful getaway.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped, new stainless steel appliances, wraparound granite countertops, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker w/ K-Cups, knife set, cooking basics, dishware /flatware.
OUTDOOR LIVING: Two lake cove and lakeview private decks with grill. Staircase from the lower deck to access the rear paved walking path. Stairs extend to your own private dock that includes loungers and (2) kayaks available for rent.

PARKING: Off-street parking spots (2 Vehicles Max)
PETS: This is a NO PET home however if you have a Service Animal please refer to Other Details to Note below for additional information to provide prior to arrival.
OTHER: There are stairs. If you have small children, a physical disability or just have a hard time going up and down the stairs this property may not be the best option.

NOTE: Kayaks are available for $50 per booking/stay. (There are 2 kayaks).
We require guests to sign a waiver and pay through Vrbo prior to arrival for kayak access.
3. You will need a GUEST PASS to access Bella Vista pools, fitness center, lakes and amenities. If you are planning to do so, please let us know ahead of time so we can provide a guest pass before you check-in.

Branchwood has an indoor swimming pool that is very popular for relaxing and aquatic exercise.
OUTDOOR POOLS
Kingsdale Complex near the Bella Vista Recreation Center and Metfield have outdoor pools. Kingsdale offers an adult only pool, family pool, and small wading pool. Metfield has a family pool and separate wading pool.

There are three facilities with various fitness equipment and exercise classes.

Don’t forget to request your POA Guest Pass prior to arrival. Without these cards and ID you won’t be allowed access.

2. You will be required to sign a Lake Risk Statement prior to checking-in.
3. You can sign-in to your online streaming services however please don't forget to log out. We're not responsible if future guests use them if you forgot to log out.
4. Your safety matters. This property features exterior security cameras, at the front door facing the parking and on the back facing the lake. The exterior cameras do not have a view into interior spaces.
