Fantastic views of Troon North golf green and Pinnacle Peak mountains. The 2400 ft2 townhouse was redecorated 2023. It has 2 1/2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, fully equipped kitchen/bar, and deluxe patio with barbeque. Two master suites have king beds and balconies. Converted office with roll away sofa upstairs. Steam shower. Less than 1/2 mile to Troon North clubhouse (top 5 in AZ). About one mile to stores and restaurants and close to hiking/bike trails. Common pool, hot tub, and new gym 100 yards away. Great location for North Scottsdale golf, baseball, cycling, hiking, dining, museums like Musical Instrument and Talliesin, and rodeo. 30 night minimum.

Beautiful Scottsdale location!

We had a lovely stay, so close to Troon North. We were in a golf tournament at Troon Country Club, so very close. Nice to come back after golf and relax by the pool. Extra large rooms and bathrooms, nice kitchen, nice patio, all overlooking a golf course.

Luxury Townhouse in The Green

Perfect location next to Preserve, golf courses and great food. Patio downstairs overlooks 7th green and brought out great wildlife viewing for cocktail hour. Balcony upstairs proves spectacular view of sunsets. We’ll be back!

Great Condo

It’s a beautiful place to stay when visiting Scottsdale. Although it has a full kitchen it was rarely used due to many good nearby restaurants. The view of the green from the patio is a treat to come home to after a round of golf. The owner was very helpful and responded quickly when contacted.

Property is very nice, with two very large master suites. Nice community pool and workout room. Sit on the patio and watch sunset while overlooking putting green. Short walk to restaurants. Owner is great and communicates very well. Highly recommend!

Great Christmas

Spent 2 weeks at this VRBO listing and had the best Christmas with my family. Got to play golf, go to the Grand Canyon and even take in a Coyotes hockey game at Mullet arena. Owner of unit was great to deal with and very responsive when I had questions.

Great condo. We've stayed at a lot of VRBO properties in the PHX area and this is definitely one of the better ones. Excellent location, amenities, accommodations. The pool & exercise facility is nice. Great sunset views and outdoor space. Easy access to trails for biking & hiking. Minutes away from Cave Creek, DC Ranch, Grey Hawk, etc. The host is very responsive and hospitable. I would definitely rent this unit again!

We enjoyed the spaciousness and amenities of the condo. In addition, the outdoor space looking out onto the golf course provided a nice spot to enjoy the sun! The upstairs balcony, provides a beautiful view out over the valley and gorgeous sunsets! We enjoyed having access to the fitness room and pool during our stay. beautiful scenery!

The townhouse was very spacious and comfortable - a lot of nice little touches. Kitchen especially was well stocked with absolutely anything that was needed. The bathrooms were super large! The views from all balconies were wonderful - especially west facing ones at night. The upstairs patios could use a good cleaning. Very comfortable chairs on the outside patio. Had a little trouble checking in - typos on the instructions, but otherwise, no problems at all with the host. While the listing was accurate in location, it was very difficult to go most places without at least a 20 min drive. We put on 500 miles/week just going to local restaurants, shops, attractions. The community pool was great - perfect temperature and lots of lounge chairs. All in all, the townhouse was beautiful - just wish there were more conveniences around it.
