Perfect hernado beach home

We have stayed here a handful of times, the lower game level is awesome, pool is great, the dock and golf access is on point. We will be back again next year for our annual trip, can't wait!

Fabulous Family Gathering

This home is one of the very best rentals we've stayed in. Clean, well equipped, up to date, fun, overall beautiful. It was a pleasure staying in this home. Amazing Stay

Such an amazing house!!! A lot of cool spaces, great rooms and beds, excellent outdoor area!! The house stood by the water and had 5 kayaks, which the kids absolutely loved!! The house is super well equipped and so charming. Loved our stay!!

Great Place

We had our 3rd annual girls trip here and absolutely loved the house, pool, dock etc. The house was perfect and the beds were comfortable! The house was very clean and well maintained. It had everything we needed.

The house was really pretty and super clean! We loved swimming in the pool, kayaking, fishing off the dock, playing in the game room, and watching the manatee right in our backyard! The neighborhood was also great for daily walks. Overall, a wonderful week spent relaxing!

Fantastic get away experience!

We found the property to be beautiful and relaxing. We had a group of 11 ranging in age from13 to 71. There was more than enough space for all of us. The males in the group loved the fishing and took advantage of it every opportunity they had. Some of us enjoyed the time to just relax by going downstairs by the pool or upstairs on the deck to enjoy the views There was so much fun with the pool, pool table and foosball table. The house was beautiful and well kept.

Beautiful home with plenty of room for a big family or groups of friends.

Inside or out there’s lots of room to hang out. Well stocked kitchen with spacious dining, living and outdoor areas…plus a nice sized pool. I enjoyed my stay immensely!

Pool is perfect for little ones, kayaks were fun, saw dolphins and sting ray everyday while fishing on dock. Love the kitchen plenty of room for our family of 12. Would recommend highly and house living space is larger than the pictures show. Upper porch was great to corral little ones while making meals.5 stars thanks so much.

Everything was great plenty of room beautiful view quiet neighborhood. The only thing was the stairs they're very steep. And for older renters may be a problem.

Exceptional experience at HB Coastal Dreams

Our stay at HB Coastal Dreams was wonderful. The home was immaculate and exceeded our expectations. The lower level entertainment area was perfect for indoor outdoor enjoyment. The pool was stunning and the large dock provided plenty of room to enjoy the water. Having two en suites was very beneficial. The large kitchen and living area upstairs was perfect for entertaining. We will definitely plan another stay at HB Coastal Dreams.

Amazing Stay

We really had a great time, the house is exactly how they described and a little piece of paradise. The location was great, the pool was beautiful, the bikes on property were fun to take a bike ride but the best part were kayaking, and hanging out down stairs and on the lanai. We would 100% recommend this location and book again!

Family Vacation

We had an amazing time at this property! We had 3 generations stay and there was something for everyone to do even during the first couple of days of our stay when Tropical Storm Debby hit. Great week in Hernando Beach

We travelled as three couples for a stay at LB Coastal Dreams. Checkin was a breeze, communication was great ahead of time, and everything was as we expected. The home was clean and had everything we needed, and we loved sitting out on the screened porch. The weather was a bit too cool for swimming, but the pool was beautiful to look at.

We used this house for a sibling family reunion. 4 couples. Lots of room...everyone had their own bathroom. Kitchen had everything we needed. Table for 8! We didn't use the pool but spent a lot of time outside enjoying the breeze. One of our guests did use a kyak which she greatly enjoyed. Highly recommend this rental!

Family Fun

We had an amazing time at Alan's place. The kids fished from morning until evening. The kitchen had everything that you need and was the perfect size for our group (5 adults, 4 kids). We all loved the pool, foosball & pool table. There were plenty of seats to relax. We rented a boat and were able to keep it at the house. I would recommend this place if you are looking for a relaxing yet fun getaway with your family.

Great property - fun for all - Excellent Management

We had a wonderful spring break trip at LB Coastal Dreams. Alan was super responsive ahead of our visit answering questions and during our visit with tips and info. We visited as 3 families with elementary aged children. We thought that we might visit the near by springs or take mini trips, but our kids loved the dock way too much to leave. Fishing was a big hit. They also loved the included kayaks to paddle down the canal. The grown ups enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen and fun "garage door" bar next to the pool. The screened in patio on the second floor was very relaxing as well. Great vacation house!

This property is incredible! Very spacious, clean, and the kind of place that makes you not want to leave. I was initially nervous that we had to pay outside of VRBO as in my 10 years renting, that has never happened to me. Furthermore, even after our last payment when I received an email receipt, the VRBO app still showed we owed money. That made me nervous, but apparently is how it’s done sometimes (I called VRBO to be sure). The “starter” supplies were a lot more than you usually get and I’ve never seen a rental stocked with so many spices! We did a lot of cooking and although there were plenty of pans, utensils, serving bowls, etc we really could have used a casserole dish or two as well as some containers for leftovers.I would stay in this property again in a heartbeat. It really is as nice as the pictures show!

This home exceeded our expectations. It was exactly as described and actually even better in person. We were a family of 12, and there was plenty of space for everyone. The house was spotless clean, bedrooms were spacious, beds and linens were exceptionally comfortable, and the house was incredibly well equipped with everything we needed and more.The outdoor area was the highlight. The pool was fantastic, the canal views were stunning, and the included activities made our stay even more enjoyable. The kayaks were a must, and the fishing rods were a huge hit with both adults and children. We also loved the billiards table, foosball table, and pool toys.A couple of minor suggestions: offering a greater variety of pillows would be appreciated, and guests with limited mobility should note that there are many stairs throughout the property. This is shown in the listing, so it wasn't a surprise or an issue for us, but it's worth considering.The only aspect that could be improved is the booking experience. After booking through VRBO, we were asked to pay through another website, which felt concerning since VRBO advises against off-platform payments. The pre-arrival communication also focused heavily on payment reminders and house rules. A warmer, more welcoming tone would make a much better first impression. That said, once everything was confirmed, communication was excellent, and the property itself was outstanding. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.
