The apartment is conveniently located just a few minutes from the city center and a range of popular attractions in the area. The ground floor has a laundry room and a garden. Full disclosure, the ground-floor apartment is not part of the second-floor short-term rental. All three bedrooms feature air conditioning, ceiling fans, large closets, and window shades. Why they chose this property

This modern apartment house is specious with plenty of light and ventilation from large window. There is a balcony to relax and have your morning coffee and plan your day ahead. We have a beautiful garden to workout or just relax or read a book. We offer Wi-Fi, TV, DVD and CD player, movies, books, a domino table for players and board games.

What makes this property unique

This property is located North West of the Island, about 35 minutes away from Old San Juan, the 25 minutes from Bayamon. At the same time we are 15 minutes away from two very beautiful beaches. If your into shopping, we have the Barceloneta Mall with premium outlets about 20 minutes away. We have many restaurants around the area to enjoy the Puerto Rican cuisine and also sports bars.
