This is a small Condominium Complex. Easy to get in and out of. Very laid back. Always plenty of room around the pool. Short Walk down to the red light for beach access. Sign says Ole River Beach Access!

You can park in any of the uncovered parking spots. Overflow parking you can park in the gravel lot where the trailers are but this shouldn't be necessary there is usually always parking available.

A $500 security hold will not be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 3 days after departure, if no damages are reported.
