The open-concept en-suite bathroom features a double vanity, flat-screen TV, waterfall shower, and soaking tub. A gas fireplace provides added allure to both spaces. A bridge over the pool leads to the guest suite, complete with a comfy queen bed and a separate sitting area with a futon and flat-screen TV. The en-suite bathroom features a walk-in shower. You will find an additional half bath in the main house.

-Local regulations require that the property manager meet you within the first 24 hours of your arrival to review the applicable local ordinances and rules pertaining to your stay.
-Your AirBnB charges will NOT include your optional pool heat fee of $80 per night. If you would like to include this in your stay, this fee will be required to pay separately to the property management company prior to check-in. Please note taxes and processing fees apply.
-1 dog is welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific SunnyDays approval.
-Parking notes: You'll find parking for a maximum of 2 vehicles (1 under the carport and 1 in the driveway).

30+ DAY RENTAL STIPULATIONS
When booking for 30+ nights:
1) Your stay will not be confirmed until an additional C.A.R. residential lease agreement is signed within 48 hours of initial sending
2) Cancellation policy is outlined in your C.A.R. agreement which will state that NO REFUNDS shall be granted, except for dates that get RE-booked by another party
3) There will be an additional required refundable security deposit due prior to check in equal to $1,000 or 10% of your total booking, whichever is greater
4) One mid-stay cleaning will be required per 30 days rented at a variable-option cleaning rate
5) Your booking charges will NOT include your pet fee of $155 + tax/pet per month. If this home allows pets at the time of booking and you have included any pets in your folio at checkout, a $155 + tax/pet fee per month will be required to be paid separately to the property management company before check-in.

The house was wonderful. Very clean with a unique layout. Perfect for a quiet getaway and in a central location. I only wish I knew about the noise ordinance before we booked it. Not being allowed to play any music outside was the only downside of our stay.

We really enjoyed staying at Twin Palms and plan to be back! The indoor / outdoor flow the property was so cool and unique. It's was very quiet when we were there which was such a nice break from big city living! My whole family loved staying at Twin Palms, we were so comfortable!

Paradise Found

We loved 'our' Compound :) It was a perfect getaway and just what we needed. The space was unique and the aesthetic was simply beautiful. Though we ventured out a couple of times, we mostly enjoyed thoroughly relaxing at the property. The neighborhood was very quiet which was also a needed change of pace for us. Sun Getaway!

Club Doug was the perfect getaway! The property was even better than it showed online. Common areas were great and the bedrooms were very separate. It made the home feel much more spacious than it was! Can hardly wait to get back there!

Unique and fun

Unique and fun house with lots of “bringing the outdoors indoors” space. Always love staying in Twin Palms and seeing the many great mid century properties. Property management was very communicative and responsive.

Wonderful Stay

We stayed for 2 weeks including one week with our adult son and his girlfriend. The set up of the home worked really well as each of us had our own space and then a great common area. The location is fabulous, and the house has everything you need. Pool and hot tub are wonderful. My only suggestion would be to replace some of the pillows outside that are worn. Thanks for a terrific stay!

Fun Girls Trip Spot

There were three of us girls and the house was perfect. We enjoyed the pool and the separate living areas made for relaxation without interruptions. The pool was nice although it seemed dirty for being cleaned that day. We also were not able to use the outdoor fire pit due to propane not working. The kitchen was fully stocked and there were plenty of towels, bedding, trash bags etc. The yard is very private and makes for a secluded feel.The bikes were also fun and very well upkept.

Quiet Location with Contemporary Architecture perfect for family with teens.

We were looking for a relaxing getaway and this location fit the bill. 3 separate and unique buildings, a main building which houses a spacious living room with kitchen, a primary and secondary suite, allow for a place to gather and places to retreat. All lead to a central landing over an extension of the pool. Ample seating areas in courtyards and by the pool offer a variety of places to read a book in the sun. The units were clean and stocked with essentials. We had a great time and would definitely recommend.

The Pool House

House was great. Pool was terrific. We enjoyed the great room and all the amenities including the small private areas on the property. Gorgeous neighborhood. Second bedroom is minuscule. The house is best for 3-4 adults and could use some detailing as areas are worn and soiled such as kitchen carpet and great room chairs. Bedpillows need updating. Well stocked kitchen.

It was not for us, did not like that no bedrooms were attached to the main space. The cushions inside and out were dirty and stained. No space for women’s toiletries and power lines right above pool were unsightly.

Palm Springs Vacation

The house is beautiful! Had everything we needed, although we did not take full advantage of the excellent kitchen and grill area. Pool and Hot tub were wonderful and relatively easy to control with the directions given. A short drive to excellent restaurants in downtown Palm Springs. Bed was very comfortable. The master bath shower is more open in the bathroom. This is fine, you just have to like that sort of thing. The control of the water temperature was challenging, but the property manager was very responsive and I suspect this is adjusted by now. The other shower in the guest house worked well. Very quiet, interesting, and comfortable house. Would stay again.

Ultra Modern House - Unique Design

We stayed at the house for five weeks. The location and neighborhood are great. The pool, which is like an oversized lap pool, is also great. The house has a unique design, with a very private site and individual bedroom units, although the street and entrances are not visible from inside the house or yard. SunnyDays vacation management was very responsive to requests. Although SunnyDays addressed a few urgent repairs at the beginning of our stay, there were many other remedial maintenance issues (e.g., non-working light fixtures, partially working shower heads, broken sinks and tiles, broken cabinet doors, etc.) that detracted from our appreciation of the property.

FABULOUS architecture and AMAZING amenities

This property made for a great getaway for our family of three, although it can easily accommodate more with ease. Our son (who loves architecture) fell in love with it online and looked forward to this vacation with excitement for nine months. Our experience in the home did not disappoint : ) From the gorgeous pool and hot tub, to relaxing fire-pit garden and many outdoor lounging areas the outdoors is simply top notch. The landscaping and pool are impeccably maintained. And of course the comfortable beds and spa-like baths ensure a luxurious experience. The covered parking keeps your car in the shade, and the bikes for guest use were an added surprise. The only thing we missed were the bocci balls, we never located them . . . You should know that this property is for guests that can respect the serenity of the surrounding neighborhood. If you want to party on with music and hoopla, look elsewhere. We absolutely loved the quiet : ) Thank you Doug! You built a true mid-century inspired gem in Palm Springs. We were fortunate to enjoy your home!
