This 3-bedroom, 3-bath residence boasts designer furnishings, custom bedding, exquisite tile work, and two captivating water features. Take pleasure in a heated pool, a spacious hot tub, and a private oasis of Palm Springs-inspired landscaping adorned with three citrus trees. Conveniently located just a 5-minute drive from the airport and 1.7 miles from downtown Palm Springs.
The Movie Colony neighborhood is great for walking, running, biking, or scooting. Several former movie-star homes in the area (i.e. Frank Sinatra), and general Palm Springs luxury homes. A 20-minute walk to downtown Palm Springs, you have several dining and entertainment options. Just a 10 minute walk to Ruth Hardy Park.
THINGS TO KNOW:
- Local regulations require that the property manager meet you within the first 24 hours of your arrival to review the applicable local ordinances and rules pertaining to your stay.
- Your booking charges will NOT include your optional pool heat fee of $80 + tax/night. If you would like to include this in your stay, this fee will be required to pay separately to the property management company prior to check-in. Guests can contact Sunny Days after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay.
- 2 dogs are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific SunnyDays approval.
