Conveniently located just a 5-minute drive from the airport and 1.7 miles from downtown Palm Springs.

The Movie Colony neighborhood is great for walking, running, biking, or scooting. Several former movie-star homes in the area (i.e. Frank Sinatra), and general Palm Springs luxury homes. A 20-minute walk to downtown Palm Springs, you have several dining and entertainment options. Just a 10 minute walk to Ruth Hardy Park.
