About this property

El Olam house was designed with practicality in mind. Accommodating eight people comfortably, it provides a calm and relaxing environment. The house has 3 spacious and comfortable rooms, a backyard with a pool. Great room and a huge island in the kitchen for family breakfasts or lunches.
Ideal to spend time with family and/or friends in the pool area with barbecue, chairs and umbrella.
Pets are welcome for a pet fee.

NOTE: Attached to the house, there is a loft (guest house), which is completely separate from the house and will not share anything with you.
The garage is not available to the guest.

Casa Olam is located in a residential neighborhood, with streets that have a lot of vegetation. It is a safe, quiet area and is located at a distance of 15 minutes by car from the Naples Pier and 10 minutes by car from 5th Avenue.

We want our guests to feel at home. We will not interrupt your stay unless necessary, but we are available for any questions or requests.

Please review the following house rules as guidelines for accommodation.

- All adult guests visiting and staying at the property must submit a copy of their photo ID no later than 1 day before check-in
- It is forbidden to smoke inside the house, if you do it outside, please throw the butts into a garbage can.
- No drugs or illegal activities are allowed. The reservation will be canceled immediately without a refund.
- Parties and events are not allowed. Without exceptions! The reservation will be canceled immediately without a refund, a fee will be charged
$500 and local police will be called to escort you.
- It is strictly forbidden to light candles inside the house.
- Do not throw feminine products, diapers, or any object that could clog the toilets.
- If you bring your pet, it is NOT allowed on the beds or the sofas. We know pets are furry kids, and we do have some too, but fur left on soft surfaces will incur an additional charge.
- Use the provided doggy bags to pick up feces outside in the backyard and dispose of them in the trash bins.
- If damage occurs, notify us immediately.
- Close doors and windows correctly every time you leave home.
- Don't forget to take out the trash on the day.

The Hosts Our History From a Real Estate family-owned business founded in the early 2000s, whose focus has been property management in South Florida for the last 20 years, Paradise Housing LLC emerged. Paradise Housing was created to provide the best possible short-term or vacation rental service in the Naples area. We are Family and our guests are too, and that is why we aim to provide an exceptional stay for all of our guests. Our names are Lidia Morelli and Nicolas Palombo, we migrated from Argentina with our small daughter. In Miami we grew our family with two more boys, all while juggling a growing company. Our focus has been on local and international investors (purchase, selling, maintenance, and management of the properties). Some years ago we decided to move our family to the west coast of Florida, growing our family with the addition of a poodle dog, and of course our business. Thereafter, Mariela Palombo joined us in our adventure and we founded Paradise Housing LLC to expand our business and dedicate ourselves to vacation or short-term rentals. We love serving our guests and making them feel at home, while they are away from home. We are proud of our Superhost rating and work tirelessly to ensure we maintain that level of service.
