Our very quiet Villa (Detached House) is nestled in a very private deed restricted community in Down Town Naples (not just near). Our Villa boasts four bedrooms (two of them suites) + a Home Theater/Media Room/ besides the great room with huge vaulted ceilings, very large kitchen + formal dining area. PRIVATE Heated no chlorine swimming Pool&Spa +Covered Lanai &PRIVATE Garden+fruit trees. All the needed amenities, 3 full bathrooms, washer/dryer room, 2 computers+HighSpeed Internet+Private WIFI, phone with WORLDWIDE long distance, cable+HBO. Every room has large plasma TV/DVD Player. Under 4 miles to the Beach (actual feet in the sand) just 3.2 miles to 5th Avenue South. All else is walk to. Everything provided even beach lounges.

GREAT ROOM: Professionally decorated opulence and comfort. Armani, Ralph Lauren, Christopher Guy, Maitland Smith, Marge Carson, Theodor Alexander, Century, Baker, Tommy Bahama, Subzero, Wolf, GE Monogram, Swarovski crystal lighting, Waterford antique Crystal accents, Oggetti mouth blown accent lamps imported from Italy, Maxim water crystal entry lighting, tile imported from Spain, Italian imported eco alabaster floors, commissioned paintings, hand blown wall art, estate quality antiques, exotic granite's and marbles, custom made entry medallion, custom made stove wall medallion, and custom lighting, are just some of the names and things adorning our great room. The great room comprises the following areas:
KITCHEN: Two-toned (white uppers with a chocolate glaze and cherry lowers) made on the spot cabinetry. The cabinets were custom made just for us and are extra large and extra tall, this way large bowls etc fit nicely and you are not bent over while cooking. There are no cabinet doors to speak of, mostly very large illuminated drawers; this allows us to get pots etc without having to get on our knees and digging for the pot that is behind the other stuff. Everything is self closing with the expensive American made self closing system, every conceivable insert and option is built into the cabinetry. The cabinets are adorned with solid rubbed bronze pulls and knobs and with exotic granite called TajMahal. It is rare and expensive. The back-splash is imported from Spain, and the cook top focal point was custom made for us in Italy. There is special lighting that illuminates the counter tops (dimmable) and very special Toe Kick lighting that adorns the floor below the cabinetry, and turns on automatically when anyone enters the great room from any location to provide pathway lighting at night. For appliances, we have 48 inch side by side stainless Subzero refrigerator. It is huge and very elite, (we call it the Toyota because installed it costs as much as a car), Double stainless GE Monogram Pro ovens, Wolfe 36 inch glass cook top, Wolfe stainless hood (with a special 1,200 CFM blower installed on the roof so as to keep noise down), Built in plumbed coffee maker that does not require you to add water, custom fully automated Kitchen Aid toaster, German imported handmade Bosh dishwasher (the most quiet dishwasher made, even better and more expensive then a Miele) and a custom made under mount sink and top of the line faucet. The floors are imported from Italy 24 inches wide and installed on the diagonal with minimal grout lines.
There is custom ceiling lighting and a very upscale fan also with incorporated lighting. There is a Pantry that contains all the needed items and also adjacent to the kitchen there is a conveniently located washer and dryer room. The kitchen contains every conceivable cooking utensil needed, fine dishes and glasses, and all the machines such as blenders, chopper, etc. There is also a block containing Henkel chefs’ knives. Everything from the lobster pot to the elite tea kettle, to the sushi or caviar set.
LIVING ROOM: The living room area is also professionally decorated. The seating was custom made of top leather by Century and it is adorned with wonderful pillows. The extra-large coffee table has a display of pottery that includes some amazing art. There is a bust of the Greek Goddess Sophrosyne that was carved in the 1890s and is an estate piece. On the walls there is a very large painting that was commissioned by us from a local Naples Artist. It is called Time Lapse and it is the only one in the world. There are also several pieces of wall art made of hand blown glass, and several mirrors, and a beautifully framed 50 inch 4K Ultra HD 3D TV, that also functions as the second PC screen. Hidden inside the bar there is cable TV with all the channels, free movies, Netflix and more as well as a Blu-Ray player. There are pieces of art and special decorations everywhere and the living room is opulent but comfortable and very relaxed. Special lighting for the living area also and some very special hurricane candle displays by Ralph Lauren, that house electronic candles so realistic most people believe them to be real, including the fact that they are scented. The imported Italian floors continue throughout and there is also a marvelous focal point that was custom built for us in Italy at the front entrance. Above it there is an amazing Maxim water crystal chandelier. There are antiques everywhere including a very cute foot rest that is from the 1940s and a silver tray on the bar that is 200 years old and holds the custom made glasses and carafe for my sherry. The entire place is adorned with extra wide crown molding, and extra tall floor board molding, and there are plant shelf’s decorated with wonderful pottery. Separating the living room from the kitchen is a wonderful and extra wide chef’s table peninsula. It provides seating for 2-3 and can be used to entertain while the chef cooks or simply as a place to do some work, or have a snack.
DINING AREA: The dining area is by Marge Carson and can seat 6 around the very opulent glass and stone table. In the display cabinet you will find crystal and antique china. Above the dining table there is a magnificent Swarovski crystal chandelier. Adjacent there is a bar area that allows for convenient passing of food to and from the kitchen and has seating for 3 on the very opulent Marge Carson bar stools. Above it there are 3 Oggetti pendants that were made of mouth blown glass in Venice Italy.
HOME THEATER/MEDIA ROOM: We have a small Home Theater/Media Room with a huge 85 inch 3D HD Ultra Smart screen, with free Netflix, free movies on demand, free full cable package including the overseas channels for soccer etc, free Spotify music, free Hulu ,earth shaking SONOS 5.1 Surround sound with Sub-woofer, special lighting, and a very fast gaming computer (one of 2 in the home) connected to the internet via our ultra fast broadband connection. The computer not only has all the common software and lots of gaming facilities but it also has the entire Microsoft suite of common business software. From it you can check your email, and conduct normal business, as it is also connected wirelessly to the homes integrated network printer/fax/copier. Also in the home theater you will find a Blu-Ray player (also internet ready) and connected to the network, and a nice collection of videos including some in 3D. For gaming the Home Theater also includes an Xbox1 gaming console and a WII gaming system with ALL the attachments. Finally in the Home theater there are all kinds of 'old school' games such as chess, cards etc. The very comfortable seating can actually convert to a queen size bed, and kids love to spend the night there.

Then there's the rest of the house, with two suites, the amazing Pool&Spa area, the gardens and the amazing outdoor lighting. Not enough space to say all there is to say about all that.
