Newer full kitchen with gas stove and breakfast bar. Wireless internet and smart TV included to allow any renter to log into their own streaming services. YouTube TV is provided to enjoy your favorite local news channels and live TV shows. . Property is smoke-free inside and out. Private patio has comfortable seating, shade and dining along with a grill. Green Valley Recreation Privileges are available (Tenant fees apply).

Walk to the Wednesday Farmer's Market and several nice restaurants. Assigned single car parking with visitor parking right outside of the condo. Laundry facilities in complex a 2 minute walk from casita. Nearby golfing includes Canoa Ranch and San Ignacio. Spectacular Madera Canyon is about a 30 minute drive east of Green Valley. Clean, attractive property with everything we needed. Property owner came right away one night when we locked ourselves out. This was an excellent stay, and allowed us to visit local family for Thanksgiving.

Lovely little condo

Property owners did a great job with furnishings and decor-very comfortable and clean. Had a couple of hiccups and the owners were very kind and responsive. Sweet friendly neighbor nextdoor. I would recommend that the owners provide some additional bedding such as a blanket especially during the winter months. All in all a very pleasant stay.

Unit was clean and well stocked. Communication from host was great. Unit does need new carpet in the bedroom (worn, dirty & has tack strip nails poking through at doorways), and the handle/fill valve to the toilet needs to be replaced (it squeals).

The first morning I was there, someone entered the property with a key, which was disconcerting since I was there alone. Would have like clarification as to why that happened.

The toilet howled when flushing. When walking between doorways the carpet nails came thru. The mattress was too soft. Sunk in the middle.The location was great. Enjoyed the patio. The kitchen was well equipped.We got in late at nite. Having the light on would have been helpful
