There were a couple of things, mop bucket was emptied in the kitchen sink and left dirty. The main issue was the bathroom for single bathroom had gurgling noises when washing hands and smelled like rotten eggs, inside and outside.

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry for the issues you experienced. The mop bucket being emptied in the kitchen sink and left dirty does not meet our standards, and we’ve addressed this with our cleaning team. We also apologize for the bathroom odor and gurgling noises, which are unacceptable. The plumbing has since been inspected and corrective steps taken. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and regret that your stay fell short of expectations.
