The Captains Walk villas offer sensational Oceanfront
views, a Private Oceanfront Balcony plus an Oceanfront
Pool and Baby Pool. Situated on the 5th (top) floor, with
Panoramic Oceanfront Views, the Private Balcony is
accessible from the Living Room as well as the
Oceanfront Master Bedroom.

This nicely appointed villa is comfortably furnished &
offers FREE WIFI. Guests of 481 Captains Walk can
walk to the Racquet Club, General Store & the Palmetto
Dunes Outfitters where you can rent a kayak or canoe &
explore the 11 Mile Waterways that winds itself
throughout the Resort.
**Pool is heated in March, April, October & November**

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 4th time staying at Captains Walk, one of the better units we stayed in. Clean, easy to access beach, and quiet. The view was amazing, can see the sunrise from the balcony. Unit can use a couple updates/paint and there was issue with closet door in 2nd bedroom, but I consider these minor issues and did not effect the quality of our stay. I would definitely rent the unit again.

Loved the property and location. Pool was great, close beach access and wonderful view. Condo had peeling paint, refrigerator rusted, screen door fell off the wheels . Just needs some TLC, but very clean!!!

Peaceful and inviting.

The property is well taken care of and offers wonderful viewing of the entire area. We have been in some of the other buildings and all have been excellent. The grounds are inviting to walk through and enjoy all the beautiful growth. The units we have rented have all been the same, clean, up to date, and offering extras for our use & nearby shopping.

Great view, great location, and beautiful property.

We enjoyed this rental. We were able to book this very last minute and enjoyed the breath-taking ocean views, dolphins feeding, fishing boats, and deer on property. The beds were very comfortable and the condo satisfactorily accommodated. The living room furniture was not very comfortable but we still very much enjoyed our stay and walking proximity to Palmetto Dunes Pickleball club. Very quiet place to stay. Hardly knew we had neighbors with the building’s design.

Shabby and dated

The place was shabby and dirty. The carpet was filthy. The outlets in the bathroom didn't work so we had to use the hair dryer in the bedroom. The shower was dangerous. Nothing to hold onto. We had to bring a chair from the deck to help us get in and out.

The Sea Turtles management team is consistently wonderful. We requested a cleaning of the porch which was done well and quickly. Receiving the arrival packet in advance is very efficient for arrival. The furniture, though dated, had comfortable beds.

The condo was very nice but needs some updating. Very small tv in the living room and the 12 inch tv in the bedroom must be 30 years old. Drapes in the master bedroom are dry rotted. Clothes washer takes 15 minutes to fill with water for wash and again for rinse so it takes a long time to complete a load of clothes.

Dated Condo limited Amenities

The view is Extraordinary, close to the beach and pool. The condo is very dated. A few issues with bathroom and Refrigerator Cleanliness, but was taking care of the next day. No practical things like salt & pepper, make sure you bring Seasonings and coffee. The pull out couch could be updated, very thin mattress on couch. Bring your own beach towels, and limited bath towels and wash towels. Also very few kitchen towels.
