A historic home built in 1890, lovingly restored with a modern interior. This entire second floor suite of two story home offer 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, fully equip kitchen & plenty of common space. The full kitchen with fridge, cook range, microwave, dishwasher, pots/pans, dishes and silverware available to use when you feel like cooking. Full size washer and dryer available for your to use on a long day at the beach. We locate 8 minute walk from the seawall, and 5 minute drive to The Strand. The space This is a single floor suite. There is a separate and private entrance for both the first and second floors, you will enjoy the privacy of the entire space. The second floor private entrance is on the left side of the house. The master bedroom has a lovely carved wood canopy bed, and the queen beds each have a single sized trundle bed. The original iron fireplaces are nonfunctioning, but oh so beautiful! The kitchen is fully loaded with plates and silverware, full sized fridge, stove and oven, and dishwasher. Guest access The private entrance to the suite is on the left side of the house. Guests have access to the entire second floor, with parking at the front and rear of the property, as well as street parking if required. The front porch is shared with the first floor.
