Nikki was an amazing host who allowed us to check in early and stay late. She answered every text immediately. The house was easy to access, tons of extra towels, kitchen was perfectly appointed, two living rooms, all bathrooms had every necessity, pool was warmed and more. Thank you for a great stay!

Really liked the property. Great for our 2 families of 5. Also, 5 minutes from the beach with lots to do. Really enjoyed the 2 separate master suites..

Amazing!

Location was perfect! Very close to local shops and restaurants. Under a seven minute drive to the beach. House was very clean and exactly as pictured. The host was nothing short of amazing! Super friendly and extremely responsive. It didn’t matter what time of day we reached out with a question Nikki replied immediately. I will definitely be booking again.

A wonderful place to stay

Nikki, the property manager, was so helpful and accommodated a group of 13 - aged 18 months to grandparents. The house had everything we needed and in good repair. Any issues were dealt with immediately by either the property manager or home owner.Neighbours were also helpful. A very wonderful place to stay.

Amazing home and host! Highly recommend

It’s not often I’m comfortable staying in a rental home because of its cleanliness however this home was so clean I was able to relax and enjoy myself. Everything was well kept, clean and like new. Pool was kept warm, there was shampoo and body wash and washer and dryer were clean and nice. Nikki went out of her way to make sure our stay was perfect and it was!!

Luxurious beach getaway

My family and I were thrilled to stay in this spacious, comfortable, and beautiful home. Quiet though still very close to shops, dining, and the beach, the house was just what we wanted for our vacation. We were particularly impressed by host Nikki’s helpfulness. She was so quick to respond to any questions and she frequently checked in to make sure we were having a great time. Thanks, Nikki!

The pictures doesn’t give its justice

The place was nice and clean and spacious. It had room for me and all my 7 players the master bedroom is big and the 2 beds is in the master bedroom but overall the kids and I enjoyed the house and the pool. Great place to stay

Perfect Get Away

This property met all of our vacation needs and expectations. Our family, 2 adults and 2 teenagers, planned a last minute, quick three day getaway. This home was absolutely perfect for our sunshine retreat. We were able to hang out at the pool, easily drive to the beach, stores and restaurants. The home was very clean, updated and comfortable. Nikki, our host was extremely accommodating and caring.

Perfect house for a girls trip!!

We had the best time staying at this property! The house is updated and beautiful. It fit our group of 6 perfectly! The masters with bathrooms and king bed were wonderful. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed. Our favorite part was the backyard! So fun and relaxing! The pool and spa were exactly what we wanted- Bonus that there is a bathroom you can use from the pool area! Nikki was extremely welcoming and accommodating! She was always there to help and answer any questions we had! It was great to have an open line of communication - we truly appreciated it. We will definitely book with Nikki again for our next Florida trip. Thank you for everything!!!

HOUSE IS BEAUTIFUL

This house is even more gorgeous in person. It's very clean, comfortable and all rooms are spacious. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you may need. the twin beds are actually located in what would be the closet of the primary bedroom which would work for young children. There are 4 other bedrooms and the beds were very comfortable. Lots of towels are provided for the beach. We loved this house and highly recommend it if you're looking for a place in Pompano Beach.

Relaxation and Laughter

Our group of 6 ladies had an amazing time of relaxation, sun and laughter. We had so much space to relax inside and outside the house. The kitchen was so complete we were able to cook so many meals. The pool and hot tub were so warm that we enjoyed staying in the pool. The house was located close to the ocean so we could walk the beach. There was plenty of space to play our games and for other to watch TV. Absolutely loved how responsive the property manager was. House is close to freeways so could easily travel to Miami and West Palm Beach! Great vacation and great house! Would love to rent again!

Perfect home away from home!

This is the perfect home for any size family! Everything is as pictured. Nikki was a great host. She was out of town when we first arrived and her assistant Vanessa was so helpful! They went above and beyond for us. She checked on us to make sure we were good and comfortable all the time. We had a late flight and Nikki let us stay a little longer so that we didn’t have to roam around homeless. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. There was enough room for all of the kids to have their own space. There was a restroom outside by the pool as well which was a plus! Definitely booking again in the future!!

Comfortable, clean home and an amazing host!

We booked a very last minute 3 night vacation for Spring Break. The house is beautiful, comfortable, clean and spacious. Our 4 kids had their own rooms (nobody had to sleep on the couch) and our fur baby was welcomed which was a huge plus. The house had everything we needed and more. Short drive to great beaches, restaurants and grocery. We spent our time at the Pompano Beach Pier, they have a parking garage, lots of restaurants and the beach is gorgeous. Came back to the house on afternoons, enjoyed the jacuzzi and pool while we grilled. Nikki was an amazing hostess. She answered all my questions promptly (no matter what time of day) and was an absolute dream to deal with. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home. We'd be back!

Home had plenty of room. Only negative would be the glass top dining room table set. With small children there was a lot of finger prints and the chairs were not that sturdy. Everything else was great. The pool was dirty with leaves and bugs. I had to piece together the broken net and clean it the evening of arrival. The pool cleaner showed up the next day which was great but my grandbabies wanted to be in that pool the day of arrival. The yard need to be mowed. The outside dining table and grill is in the grass. We did not even get to use it cause the grass was so tall. It was a good stay. Only them few things sneed to be addressed. I probably would not book again due to the daily cleaning of leaves that get in the pool. This property really needs an enclosure.

Never Again

The home was in terrible condition, extremely dirty and was not represented properly. The host was horrible to work with and harassed me and my husband. We have never been treated so poorly. We have pictures to prove the filth and the text she sent us about how lovely we were to deal with and then her harassing us after we complained about basic cleanliness issues. If anyone would like to see the horrible state of the home please feel free to reach out my husband, he will gladly provide you the proof you will need to not want to stay at this home or deal with this host. She will probably respond to this review and attack my character as she did after I gave her the opportunity to make things right. I didn’t want to leave a review like this, actually I never have before. However, I do not think it is right for someone to advertise one thing and deliver something very different. Also, she was extremely rude and aggressive toward me. Borderline threatening about leaving her a good review. I don’t know if my husband and I will ever use VRBO again and we’ve been customers for a very long time. I’m shocked at what is being allowed to go on. Best wishes and be careful.

We thoroughly loved our 4 night stay! Multigenerational family trip and there was ample clean space for all and we especially the loved the outdoor living space. Quality sturdy outdoor furniture with large umbrellas and warm pool water and hot tub. We also loved the double family rooms so our group could watch different shows. Nikki was always there to communicate and was so nice. We loved the proximity to the downtown Pompano Beach area with fun restaurants, beach pier and nightlife. Highly recommend. Great house. So clean and well equipped. Great layout and plenty of space for 7 adults and a 7 month old. Spent a lot of time in the backyard with pool hot tub, grill, dining and lounging areas.
