Welcome to this Brand New comfortable 3 bed / 2.5 bath Townhouse that is excellent for your next vacation getaway. Located in the Bishop's Landing community in Millville, DE, this townhome offers extra space for your group, amazing amenities in the community, and a short drive to Bethany Beach.

This home is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay including, a fully stocked kitchen with a huge island for additional seating and everything you need for dinner at home. WIFI and a laundry room with a washer and dryer. The extra spacious living room with an incredible sectional sofa and large screen TV. A comfortable dining area with seating for 6 plus 4 additional seats at the kitchen island.

Each of the 3 bedrooms one the second floor are tastefully decorated and feature a king bed in the primary bedroom suite, a queen bed in the 2nd bedroom and 2 bunk beds in the 3rd bedroom. The primary bathroom comes with a spacious shower, dual sinks, and a water closet. The second hallway bathroom upstairs comes with a shower/tub combo and the powder room is near the front door.

Fresh linens are included with your reservation. Linen package includes sheet sets for each bed and bath towels per person.

Bishop's Landing is located in Millville only 3.5 miles from Bethany Beach. The current community amenities include an Olympic size pool, children's pool, tennis facility, playgrounds, fitness center, and Club House. The community also comes with a shuttle service that runs from the main clubhouse to the Bethany Beach boardwalk. The shuttle service runs Thursday - Monday between 10 am and 6 pm. Additional details for stops will be at the property. The amenities are available between Memorial Day and Labor Day(subject to change based on HOA and community regulations)

***Amenities are available at $85 per reservation. 8 passes are provided after the amenity fee has been paid. No additional passes can be purchased. Outdoor pools and shuttle service run from Memorial day to Labor Day. Amenity fees, access, and rules are subject to change per the community***

**To finalize the reservation, a lease agreement must be signed. You will be contacted by a property manager rental agent to go over the details.**
