This spacious 3-bedroom 3 bath corner unit at Riverside gives way to beautiful views of "Ole River". Th master bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bath with walk in shower. The second bedroom offers a Queen bed and ensuite with tub/shower combo while the third bedroom has a cozy cottage feel Queen bed with a full bath located in the hallway. The living room has a sofa loveseat and matching side chair & ottoman. The dining room has a gorgeous glass top table and additional breakfast bar seating. The kitchen is well supplied with all your cooking needs. For all the coffee lovers, this unit offers both a Keurig and drip coffee maker. The view from the balcony overlooks the Riverside's sparkling pool, marina and propane grill house. With a traffic-controlled pedestrian walkway, you are just minutes away from Perdido Key's amazing white sandy beaches. Visit our well-equipped fitness center, 2 additional pools and hot tub located beach side. Enjoy a romantic walk on the beach while witnessing some of Perdido Key's majestic sunsets!
Minimum age to rent is 25 years old.
Parking passes are managed by VRPS (Vacation Rental Parking). Guest will receive an invitation to register up to 2 vehicles per condo: $55.00 plus tax, per vehicle, per stay. Boat/Trailer registration fee is $350.00 per week or $55.00 per day.
Any vehicles not registered will be ticketed, booted or towed at vehicle owner's expense.

There are (2) Level 2 Blink Electric Vehicle Chargers at SeaSpray Condos in the Riverside parking lot. The 2 spaces are near the maintenance shop.
