This stunning 3-bedroom 3 bath vacation rental gives you an abundance of space for any growing family. The master bedroom has a king size bed and ensuite bath. The second guest bedroom hosts 2 Queen beds and ensuite bath with walk-in shower while the third bedroom has 2 twin beds and convenient access to a full bath. Gorgeous wrap around balcony to catch those western sunsets. The living room has plenty of seating with a sofa, loveseat and recliner. This unit is decorated with beautiful coastal colors. Enjoy preparing your favorite meal with family and friends in this well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and offers both a drip and Keurig coffee maker.
Stay active and energized at SeaSpray's well-equipped fitness center, soak in the hot bub or cool off in one of our 3 refreshing pools. With a traffic controlled pedestrian walk
Minimum age to rent is 25.

Parking Passes are managed by VRPS (Vacation Rental Parking Solutions). Guest will receive an automatic parking invitation to register up to 2 vehicles per condo.
Any vehicles not registered will be ticketed, booted or towed at the owner's expense.

Boat/Trailer registration fee $350.00 per week or $55.00 per day.

There are (2) Level 2 Blink Electric Vehicle Chargers at SeaSpray Condos in the Riverside parking lot. The 2 spaces are near the maintenance shop.

Very pleasant stay

This rental came with everything we needed and Amazing view! My family enjoyed every second we were here and it was exactly what we were looking for! I cannot say enough about this unit! I would book this unit again in a heart beat!

Family Trip

We have stayed at Sea Spray multiple times and it’s always great. A bit less crowded being apart from many of the high rise condo buildings. This is a corner unit and the views are great.

This condo was nice and clean and easy to find, however I would NOT recommend with children. The pool is not heated and the hot tub is for 18 plus only.

5 Star Property

This was a great property! All rooms seem to be recently upgraded and modern. Loved the desk that looked over the ocean that also had a monitor that was provided for those who work from home. The wrap around porch was also away from the sun. The property does have some construction going on the facility but did not affect us all.

Excellent, except..

Lovely home. Plenty of seating in family and dining room. Comfortable beds. Great views. Appreciated the beach chairs available for our use. Only complaint was the refrigerator didn't keep things very cold or frozen. And all of the drawers were broken, with a few still usable. It should be replaced. But, I'm not sorry we booked this property. It was our best beach vacation yet!
