Just 5 minutes from the ocean, this expansive custom-built home offers 3 suites (each with its own private bath), a gourmet kitchen with high-end appliances, a sprawling open floor plan, and ample parking for large groups. At over 4,700 sq. ft., this custom-built, single-level ranch—fully remodeled in 2023—offers the space, privacy, and flow you simply don’t find in typical beach rentals. Kitchen & Dining At the heart of the home is a chef’s kitchen built for real meals and real moments. High-end appliances, generous counter space, and a welcoming breakfast bar make it easy to cook, snack, and linger throughout the day. The adjacent dining area—set on a raised platform with tray ceilings—was made for long dinners, celebrations, and conversations that stretch into the night. Living Area The open living space is the heart of the home. It features 9-foot ceilings, dark-stained oak floors, and a fireplace that anchors the room. It’s a natural gathering place—whether you’re watching a movie together, playing games late into the evening, or unwinding after a full beach day. Sliding doors lead directly to the deck and grill, blending indoor comfort with outdoor living. Outdoor Space The backyard is flat, private, and fully fenced, offering a true sense of retreat. The large in-ground pool is the centerpiece during summer months—perfect for lazy afternoons, poolside lounging, and kids who want to swim from morning to night. There’s plenty of open lawn for yard games or quiet evenings outdoors. The pool is typically open June 1 through October 1, weather permitting. Our 6 person outdoor hot spring hot tub (available seasonally) offers a private place to unwind on cool evenings after the beach. Bedroom Layout The home’s winged design is ideal for multi-generational families and groups of couples, offering complete privacy while still sharing a roof. Primary Suite (Right Wing): A spacious private retreat with a king bed, workspace, and a beautifully appointed en suite bath featuring double vanities, a custom tile shower, and a luxurious oversized soaking tub added in 2026. The primary suite also includes a built-in bunk area where kids can claim a cozy space of their own—just steps from the adults Left Wing Bedrooms: Two oversized bedrooms, each with a king bed, private full bath, and generous closet space. Additional Bedrooms: Two more bedrooms with king beds are located off the living area and kitchen respectively. Every bedroom is thoughtfully spaced to maximize comfort, privacy, and quiet. Location OOB Oasis is perfectly positioned near Dunegrass Golf & Country Club, with quick access to I-95 and Route 1. Downtown Old Orchard Beach—home to the iconic pier, restaurants, shops, and arcades—is just a 1.5-mile walk or bike ride away. During peak season, guests love taking advantage of the local trolley to skip parking altogether. After a day exploring the Maine coast return to the calm, space, and comfort of your own private oasis. Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire 4,700 sq. ft. house, including all bedrooms and living spaces. You will also have full access to the private, fenced-in backyard, the in-ground pool, hot tub, deck, fire pit, and the attached garage. Enjoy the feeling of a private compound all to yourselves with keyless entry for easy check-in. We respect our guests' privacy and offer a self-check-in process. While we will not be present during your stay, we are always available via the messaging app or by phone should you have any questions or need assistance. Our goal is to ensure you have a seamless and wonderful vacation. Residential neighborhood in Old Orchard Beach 3 minutes drive from DuneGrass Golf and Country Club and 5 minutes drive to the beach. Close to both Old orchard beach and pine point. The house is on the trolley path for old orchard beach and pine point for easy access to the beach without worrying about parking. In addition the location offers easy access to both route 1 and the turnpike for access to shopping in Scarborough (5-10 minutes) and Portland (20-25 minutes) The house has a wide and long driveway in addition to a 3 bay garage that guests may use for parking. It could easily accomodate 12 or more cars Seasonal Amenities: The private pool is typically open from mid-May through mid-October. The hot tub is available for guest use from May through December. Availability is weather permitting. Weather Considerations: During inclement weather seasons, some outdoor amenities such as patio furniture and the grill may be stored and unavailable for use to protect them from the elements. The home is in a residential neighborhood. Please be respectful of neighbors and keep outdoor noise to a minimum after 10pm
