Quiet 3 Bed/2 Bath Home with quick access to I-25

Our home was put together from the perspective of a nurse, tradesman, and military family who love to travel with friends and family. We've learned to look for the things that make travel easier and we want to offer them to you. We hope to bring you the comfort of home.

Single family detached home in quiet neighborhood. Setup is made best for 3-4 people but can hold 6 adults and 2 children.

Living Space has a Full-size Sofa Bed comfortable for 2 small children. Along with sofa there is a double recliner. TV

Dining. Dinner Serving Set is for 8 people. Table sits 6. 4 counter stools.

Other perks. Full laundry on site. Attached garage and driveway parking. Small backyard with covered patio, swings, table, and grill.

I rented the property for about 10months while working in Albuquerque. I couldnt have been happier. Nice area, quite, the homeowner was amazing. This was the best rental I have stayed in by far. I didnt want to leave.

My husband and I, with one other couple, stayed in this property in October 2025 during Balloon Fiesta in Albuquerque. The house was perfect for us and completely met our needs. It was extremely clean and the appliances looked new. In fact, it looked as though they had done a recent remodel. The master bath looked new with double sinks and a large shower with grab bars. The location is convenient to everything we needed: grocery stores, restaurants, I-25, as well as the balloon field! Only sorry we didn't get to meet Sandra in person; she later told me she had been sick while we were there. She was very responsive to any questions we had during the first few days and we had no problems. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would certainly rent the property again.
