For those with boats, the location is particularly convenient, as there is a gas station just a few minutes away in Rockford Bay, making it easy to refuel. Additionally, the home is conveniently located only 25 minutes away from downtown Coeur d’Alene, a beautiful city known for its lakeside beauty, quaint shops, and restaurants. The home is also just 50 minutes from Silverwood Theme Park, and 60 minutes from Silver Mountain Ski Resort, an excellent winter destination for skiing and snowboarding. For those interested in gambling and entertainment, the Coeur d’Alene Casino is also only a 25-minute drive away. Don't forget to enjoy lunch or dinner at Shooter's in the Black Rock Marina, just a 10 minute car or boat ride from the house.




Docking privileges are one of the highlights of Rockford Bay Retreat! Our lakefront property offers a spacious dock with slip, Seadoo parking, grass landing, and gazebo, making it the perfect spot for boating enthusiasts. You can easily dock your boat and enjoy all that Lake Coeur d' Alene has to offer. We also provide you with four kayaks, four to six tubes, and a paddleboard to explore the crystal-clear waters of the lake.

Rockford Bay Retreat is a peaceful and tranquil vacation home, perfect for families and groups looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating escape. Any loud outdoor music, violating noise restrictions, and HOA rules will not be tolerated and we reserve the right to evict any guests who fail to comply with these policies. This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting. We want all of our guests to have a safe and enjoyable stay, so please be respectful of our rules and the peace and quiet of our community. Thank you for your understanding. We want to ensure that all our guests have a safe, relaxing, and enjoyable vacation.

Security cameras are located at the front of the home and at the rear side of the home to monitor trespassing.


**PLEASE NOTE** There are 4 spaces available for parking. 4 vehicles, 2 in the driveway and 2 on top along the road on the property (Do Not Block Road), A boat trailer can use one of the top spots as long as it is in NO WAY blocking the road. Parking on the neighborhood streets is not allowed and will result in a $1000 fine from our HOA. In winter months it is very important that you have a snow capable car- either all wheel drive or four wheel drive. The community does not always plow first thing in the morning or frequently throughout the day so you will need to be prepared to drive through snow on windy and sometimes steep roads. Overall, it's important to be mindful of the limited parking availability and follow the guidelines provided to ensure a memorable and hassle-free experience.
