They go the extra mile to make you feel welcome when you arrive! It is a great place for families to stay especially if you have a dog. The house is nicely stocked, decorated and comfortable. We used the pool every day!

Beautiful home!

Home is cozy, beautifully decorated and had all you needed to be right at home in the kitchen. Bedrooms were also decorated nice and bathrooms were good. Pool is beautiful, unfortunately our stay it rained alot and we didn’t get use of the pool. The area on main roads was quick to get to and had every store and restaurant you would want! Would definitely return!

Perfect for a mom/kids trip!

3 moms and kids stayed here for a short getaway and the house was perfect! Fit all of us comfortably, spacious layout and great pool to keep everyone entertained. Only 15 min from St Augustine attractions and the beach. Convenient to grocery stores. We cooked at the house each night so didn’t check out any near by restaurants. Communication with the host was great - she was very responsive to any questions we had. We will definitely rent again if we’re back in the area!

The house had all we needed , it was big and clean super location and ample parking, also Theresa was a terrific host. there was not one negative comment, A unanimous 5 star rating. Enjoyed the pool and air hockey game a lot. would love to do it again.

Great Framily Vacation Stay!

Three families stayed at the awesome house including two teenage boys and a baby. We all had a wonderful stay! The house was beautifully decorated and had everything that we might possibly need available to us. The games that were available made the teenagers want to hang out with the adults at nighttime. The little touches of welcome notes with my name on them were great! Made me smile even more walking in! The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet!

Really great.

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was great and we had everything we needed plus some. The kids really enjoyed the pac man arcade game. We really enjoyed the welcome basket for us and our dog and everything was personalized. It was comfortable, the pool was clean and the owner was great. It was located near everything we wanted to go and do. It really felt like home and we will be back.

This home is even better than the pictures show. We were canceled on TWICE with other hosts and were skeptical to try to book another house but theresa made our stay so great. Starting with very responsive communication, an being helfpul to provide everything we need for every age range of our children. We had a great time and recommend over and over.

Just what we needed

Our stay included my husband and I, our son and his family including our 13 ans 10 year old granddaughters. Everyone was comfortable, it was clean and close to everything. GREAT FAMILY NEW YEARS TRIP

We loved our stay here. The house had plenty of room for 7 adults for sleeping, eating and lounging. Especially loved the big open kitchen and dining area. The heated pool was perfect on a cool evening. The house is extremly well stocked with bath supplies, hand soap, toilet paper, spices, trash bags, they literally had everything. A short 15 -20 minute drive into St Augustine depending on traffic was perfect. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and the fenced yard was perfect for our dog. Loved this house and would recommend it for anyone with a family looking for a getaway in the St. Augustine area

Beautiful home

This is a very beautiful cozy home. It is in a easy location, has everything you would need. They supply stuff for a relaxing day at the beach, the pool was very relaxing if you can not make it to the beach. I care for my 83 yo father, it was easy for him to get around, it was easy for him to take walks around the neighborhood with his walker. Do not miss out on enjoying making beautiful memories with this home. The host was amazing and helpful.

Great place with all of the extras

The place is really nicely done on the inside, plenty of room, super clean and functional. The pool is fantastic. The best thing about this place is all of the little things. They actually have coffee, sugar, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent, shampoo and conditioner. They have plenty of towels, beach stuff, coolers. This is a great place especially if you are coming in from out of state and may not have brought all of that stuff with you. The property manager is very responsive. Check in and out are super-easy. Highly recommend!

The house is only minutes from the beach, shops and downtown St. Augustine. My family enjoyed swimming in the heated pool and that there floats offered by the home owners. We had rain during our vacation so the board games and the PacMan arcade game came in handy until the sun came out again. We loved the layout of the house for our family and will definitely rent this home again.
