LISTING ACCESS/PARKING
Guests will have private access to the entire 3-bedroom condo. Entry is seamless and secure with a smart, keyless lock. A unique access code will be provided to you prior to your check-in for self-check-in.
Park River West HOA has strict parking restrictions.
Parking: Max 4 cars (2-car garage + driveway)
+ Vehicle size may impact the ease of garage parking
+ No pickup Trucks/Vans bigger than ¾ ton (250/2500)
+ No RVs, Truck Campers, Trailers, or Boats
+ No street parking allowed
WINTER DRIVING
Estes Park`s snow plow crew is excellent, ensuring regular clearing during snowstorms. However, significant blizzards can cause delays. Given our 8,000-foot elevation and heavy snowfall from October to May, we strongly recommend AWD or 4WD vehicles. Our maintenance team will plow/shovel the driveway. We also provide shovels and ice melt at the property for your convenience.
