WINTER DRIVING
Estes Park`s snow plow crew is excellent, ensuring regular clearing during snowstorms. However, significant blizzards can cause delays. Given our 8,000-foot elevation and heavy snowfall from October to May, we strongly recommend AWD or 4WD vehicles. Our maintenance team will plow/shovel the driveway. We also provide shovels and ice melt at the property for your convenience.

Sara, our property manager, will take care of your vacation needs at 3KR, but here is a little about us.
We are Chris and Laura, and we would love to share our beautiful vacation home with you! We live in Dallas, TX, and agreed Estes Park would be an ideal location to own a home - we're thrilled to have Rocky Mountain National Park as our backyard! My wife took great care in decorating 3 Kings Retreat so that you can relax and feel refreshed after exploring the many wonders of Estes Park.
I (Chris) grew up in Omaha, Nebraska, and after high school, I joined the United States Air Force as a Satellite & Communications Technician. After serving four years in the military, I moved overseas to a tiny island in the Pacific Ocean named Kwajalein. I served as a civilian contractor for the US Army for three years before moving to Dallas in 2008. I work in the concert/sports ticket sales industry and am a real estate investor. I enjoy golfing, traveling, and taking our son (10) and daughter (9) to sports games in my free time.
Laura grew up in Dallas, TX, and attended the University of North Texas, where she earned her Master's in Speech-Language Pathology. She provided therapy to public school children for many years before choosing to stay home with our children. She enjoys singing, reading, volunteering at our church and community in her free time, and watching the kids play sports.
We are happy to share this property with you and hope you enjoy your time here as much as we do.
