The unit was cute and comfortable. The communication and response was amazing! My only complaint is there is not enough hot water for more than one person to shower. Due to the Karaoke across the street it is also very loud at night.

We also understand that being in a lively beach area can sometimes come with a bit of nighttime activity, especially nearby entertainment. The condo itself and location was great. Our room was not clean at all. My daughter had a fake eye lash and hair in her bed. The floors were absolutely disgusting. Black feet. The couches seemed pretty dirty too.

The floors were reported on your arrival day, and our team returned within about an hour to fully re-mop and refresh the entire space. At that point, some sand and foot traffic had already occurred, but we still completed a full re-clean to ensure everything was in great condition. We were not made aware of the bedding or couch concerns during your stay and truly wish we had known so we could have addressed those immediately. Please always reach out—we are just a call away and happy to resolve anything in real time. Wonderful beachfront condo

It had many years since I visited PCB & it is definitely a much nicer experience now! This condo was clean & as pictured. I would definitely stay here again. Only downside is a bit of a wait sometimes for the elevator but I guess that is to be expected in a complex this size.

The bottom deadbolt lock has not worked since they built Aqua. None of them work as we have keyless entry systems now so you have to have a special unique code to enter the unit. We also have added a deadbolt security lock to the top of the door to give you extra security. All locks work including the keyless entry system and the extra deadbolt locking system to give you maximum security and safety. Aqua is super safe but having these extra and best security devices should give all the utmost comfort when vacationing. Fabulous Property!!!

OMG!! Above & beyond our expectations!!! The agent helped us with parking concerns, we had a trailer due to transporting motorcycles. She called us before our trip to verbally go over details of check-in & then when we explained our concerns about our trailer she immediately took care of it & called us back within minutes. We have found our new go to condo in PCB!!! LOVE!!
