Target, Wal-Mart, shopping, restaurants, ice-cream, movies, entertainment, and all that Pier Park has to offer is easily accessed. Avoid bumper to bumper traffic getting to the shops! A back-door entrance to Pier Park (L C Hilton Jr Drive) or the back-lot entrance behind Target, make AQUA to Pier Park access a breeze.

Exceeded EVERY expectation

This place was phenominal. Likely the cleanest condo in which we have ever stayed. The Warren Beach Rentals group was responsive and kind, and responded to each request immediately, Ashley was incredible and she was just the sweetest lady, really takes a lot of pride in managing that home. The beds were comfortable, the views outstanding, and the location is unbeatable. Such a great Value.. we will give this one 10 stars. Loved it, be back soon. This is our GO TO place at the beach.

Beautiful Beach Home. Best unit in Aqua

Spring break with the family. 603 Aqua is such a joy!! We love the decor and care that is taken to keep the unit in such great shape. We especially love the balcony and the view, the 6th floor is perfect. I cannot say enough about how clean and well presented this condo was. The management company does a great job and you can really see that care embodied in the property. We did call and need one tv reset, and within minutes a person was at our door and we were good to go. Their responses are always prompt, kind, and gracious. They make booking easy. We can recommend this unit without hesitation. Book with confidence, you will be thrilled in this property.

Condo requires some attention!

Location is great; however, the condo needs a deep cleaning. There were stains on the sheets and comforters, stains on the sofa pillows, ice machine look like it had mold growing in it, and food was in and under the sofa. The vent in the master bathroom is very loud. A/C is inconsistent in how it flows in each room. One room was extremely cold, one was hot, and the other one was comfortable. Cookware is old and need to be replaced. I called several times and never got through to anyone. Very disappointed on so many levels.

Ironman Florida race stay

We stayed 10 nights for the 2023 Ironman Florida race. Location is great. Very close to the race venue at Pier Park. The condo itself was good. Everything(AC, dishwasher, refrigerator, etc) worked fine. Location on the 6th floor was good. Elevators wait wasn’t too long. Beach chairs weren’t in great shape. We used them one day and the rest of the stay we opted for the pool. Beds were comfortable. Floor was a bit dirty plus there were some areas in two of the bathrooms that could have used a bit more cleaning attention. One thing from a noise perspective is that the bar across the street has singing each night. For the most part it was fine except a couple of nights where it went into the evening.
