We stayed at the property for our daughter's wedding at Paca House Mansion. The house was nothing short of Amazing. It was spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished and the grounds were gorgeous (the pictures in the listing do not do the house justice). The owner was gracious and very responsive to any questions about the home or the Annapolis area. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Annapolis and I HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Annapolis.
We booked our stay for Navy Airforce weekend looking for a home that would accommodate our family (including our Navy Academy daughter) and our friends who have an affiliation with airforce. The homeowner could NOT have been more accommodating and lovely. If I’m being honest the photos don’t do the property justice, it’s even nicer than it looks which is saying a lot because the pics are great. It was a warm and welcoming environment for our family and we look forward to staying here again.
Very nice, secluded spot. Was perfect for our team working the sailboatshow. we walked to the show and back most days. Great to come back to and relax.
I needed a place to stay during homecoming weekend at St. John's College. My mother, who has limited mobility, and sister joined me so we needed something more than a convenient place to sleep in between reunion events at my alma mater. This place fit the bill - a spacious, well-appointed home tucked just back from the main thoroughfare of West St. in a safe, private, quiet residential cul-de-sac minutes from the my target destination. The host usually responded within minutes of me reaching out. She also provided detailed instructions on how to navigate the home and make use of its amenities. There were 2 things that keep me from giving all 5 stars all around. One was that we had no access to washing machines for our clothes. The other was that there were no sauce pans in which to prepare food. It didn't even cross my mind that these items would be missing at the price point we paid and given all the other amenities at our disposal. One more thing, its just weird that there's an indoor spy camera in that house. Who would want their host observing them and listening to their conversations in the living / dining rooms of their rental? The explanation for its presence provided in the instructions begged credibility.
Super location to walk (about an east mile) to the stadium. Quiet street and large backyard with ample parking. The host was simply wonderful; so responsive and helpful- above and beyond.

I am an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Maryland and my husband is an IT person. We recently bought our retirement home in Berlin, MD, and now live about 50/50 in both places. We decided to try a short term rental since we aren't using Annapolis full time and to help us keep both places until we retire.
Why they chose this property
The house is unusual for Annapolis as it is more recently built than most and has more modern amenities and an open floor plan. Tons of windows, high ceilings, lots of use of the outdoor space with a big fenced yard and off street parking, dual zoned heat/ac, double sinks in both full baths, double oven, Napolean grill, a great room with a big dining table, bar, fireplace, kitchen island. Also, because we do live here, the house has most everything you would need other than your clothes!
