Your family will love the convenience and homey comforts of this cottage fitted with an updated kitchen with modern appliances, Smart TVs, a firepit, kayaks and a Blackstone BBQ grill.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please put all trash in bags in the wire bun at the street. No loose items will be picked up by the garbage company.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
I will provide a rental contract to each client who books. Clients who refuse to sign rental contracts will not gain access to the house.
Don't flush sanitary items. Only toilet paper. We are on a septic field. Please NO smoking. My daughter is asthmatic
Please treat this home as you would your own. This is our family cottage and we love it.

Hello, we are a family of four that likes to vacation up at Higgins Lake. We just recently bought this cottage because of its modern amenities and thought other families would like to enjoy it as well.

Why they chose this property

This beautiful home is very modern and will feel like you are at home. It has all stainless steel appliances, a reverse osmosis system, and a water conditioning system to make the home easier for you to enjoy. It also has a whole house generator so if you are at the house during a storm you won't lose power and the A/C will still work in the summer months. This house features three bedrooms with 2 King beds and 2 Queen beds.

What makes this property unique

You have a lot of privacy at this house when you stay here. You can enjoy the wooded lot behind us when you have a bonfire at night. Then you can rent a boat and launch it at the public boat launch at South State Park 3 min drive away.
