Pet Friendly Townhouse w/ Private Courtyard, Covered Parking - No Cleaning Fee

Let the sweet aroma from the jasmine bush greet you as you enter into your own, private courtyard. The house was renovated in 2018 and is maintained with love. The master bedroom feels like a retreat with ample closet room. The second bedroom is even bigger and can accommodate up to five with the bunk bed and futon. Both bedrooms have their own AC units in addition to central air so you can sleep comfortably in the steamy Florida summers.
The home is located in a gated community for added security. The community has two pools (one heated family pool, one pool for adults only), tennis courts, racquetball courts, a basketball court, and shuffleboard. You also have access to a private beach path maintained by the HOA. It's a 15 minute walk from your front door to the ocean. If the wind is blowing in the right direction, you can hear the waves.
The house comes furnished with everything you need including a beach cart, beach towels, chairs, cooler, noodles, sunscreen, bug spray, and burn relief lotion, just in case.
Your private courtyard has a grill and picnic table to enjoy the beautiful Florida sunshine. Inside you'll find two smart TVs so that you have access to your Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and Apple+ accounts. There is a covered parking spot directly in front of your unit to keep your car out of the sun/rain.
Port Canaveral is less than 5 minutes away. Downtown Cocoa Beach is a 10 minute car ride. Kennedy Space Center is only 25 minutes away. Orlando International Airport (MCO) is 45 minutes. Universal Studios/Islands of Adventure and Disney World are just over an hour.

Home for a month!

Fantastic Condo!

We had a great time here at Liz’s condo in Ocean Woods. We absolutely loved it. Everything needed for a great beach holiday is here. Liz was great and extremely helpful in anything we required. The best compliment that I can leave (after almost 8 weeks) is I don’t want to leave.

Home away from home

Absolutely perfect , Liz had all the beach accessories necessary for a long day at the beach. Carport was a great asset. Liz even makes you dog feel welcome. Kitchen had everything you needed to cook just about anything, gas grill a bonus.

A welcoming home away from home

We just completed a 2+ month stay at this lovely property; our second in the last two years. Liz’s condo is well cared for, very comfortable, clean and has literally everything you need for a wonderful vacation. The private, fenced-in yard is great for evening bbqs and the covered parking is a real bonus. The owner, Liz, is great to work with. The reviews on this property pretty well describe it. We’re already looking forward to next year.

Everything you could ask for in a vacation condo!

My wife and I just completed a 2 month stay in Liz’s Ocean Woods condo. The condo is located in a lovely quiet court in Ocean Woods with a cozy private patio and gated yard surrounded by lush vegetation. There is private covered parking directly in front of the gate. This property and owner have consistently received the highest possible reviews from every renter. I completely agree. I could go on and on but I’ll finish by saying If you’re looking for a great vacation in Cape Canaveral you will be completely happy here. Absolutely perfect!

I have to say I was thoroughly impressed with this whole experience. We’ve stayed at a lot of properties over the years visiting our family in Florida and this has been our best experience so far. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make all of our meals. The closet had everything we needed for the pool or a beach day. Bathroom and kitchen had all the little extras you might have forgotten. My whole crew likes to be extra cool while we sleep and the air units in the bedrooms did not disappoint. Everything was clean, comfortable and welcoming. Neighborhood was nice and felt safe even after dark. All the neighbors we met on walks were nice and chatted with us. The walk to the beach was around 10 minutes and we were happy to find that the beach was never crowded. Loved that a dog crate, bed and bowls were provided so I didn’t have to lug ours along. Liz has done a fabulous job of providing everything so that all you have to bring are clothes and stop by the grocery store. Thank you for letting us enjoy your home. We hope to stay again in the future.

Great stay

This condo was so cute and cozy. It was clean and had everything we needed. Liz was great with responding and gave us some good suggestions for things to do. We enjoyed a rocket launch from the beautiful property beach, played basketball, swam in the warm pool and watched the peacocks on walks through the lush property.

Family Vacation

This was the perfect place for our family to take a break. We enjoyed great weather at the beach (not crowded AT ALL) and the 10 minute walk with the wagon was easy with all the provided items from chairs to buckets. We appreciated the puddle jumpers as well to use at the pool. All the residents were very friendly. The peacocks were great for our kids to see and didn't bother them in the AM since they had a noise machine though did wake my husband around 6 am. Everything you need is here. We did Disney one day with less than an hour drive so very managable. Would stay here again.

We had a blast! We love going to Cape, rocket launch, good food, special in December/January Oranges time! Cafe Monte Carlo is 20 min away great food, beach 10 minutes away beautiful ocean, and the apartment, clean, spacious all together awesome!!! You get everything you need, the only thing missing was a citrus juicer, but we brought one with us. Highly recommended.

I WISH I COULD PICK 10 STARS!!!

We have rented this property twice this year and are looking forward to many many more :). It's located in a gated community minutes from all the shopping favorites jncluding Ron Jon's surf shop. The community has 2 heated pools which averaged a nice 85°:). A short walk down a private beach access and you are at the ocean. You simply can not beat the price for a place so close to everything in this area. The owner goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable during your stay. The residents in this community are very friendly and welcoming.

Fantastic vacation

We had an absolute blast! The house was fantastic! The renovation is so nice and the owner really stocked the house so well, we left many things at home we didn't need because she had it at the house! The walk to the beach was perfect. The beach cart was amazing! Our kids LOVED the peacocks. We hope to be back another time!

Fun at the Beach!

Property was clean, WELL stocked, and convenient to the beach and pool! A great community with lots of friendly people. If privacy is more your speed, patio is privacy fenced for sitting out! We are regular Cape Canaveral vacationers, and this is our new location! Well worth the price and cheaper than a hotel! Loved it!!

Peacock condo

This is a great place to stay that is only 5-10 minute walk to the beach. I had young children with me and no complaints about the walk. The peacocks are awesome to have around and didn't bother us at all. The house has everything you need that a hotel does plus extras like beach gear, wagon, floaties, tennis rackets, pantry essentials, games, etc. The condo is clean and comfortable. The neighbors are nice as well. Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful location at Ocean Woods

The property was very clean and modern. It had all amenities one can hope for. Location was very convenient and close so everything, downtown Cocoa Beach, Walmart, restaurants and bars. The owner, Liz, was very helpful and was always very responsive to any inquiries we had.
