Overall we had a great experience here! Check in was super easy, the host was easy to communicate with, and the location is in a nice quiet neighborhood. We were close enough to everything that commuting wasn’t a hassle, but still separated enough from everything to feel comfortable. It’s definitely a big enough house that everyone can have their own space & not feel like they’re piled on top of each other which is an added bonus! If we’re ever back in the area, I wouldn’t mind staying here again!

This was an amazing place to stay. Lovely neighborhood not too far from the strip. The beds were comfortable. The house was very clean. One thing you should know, though is it will not sleep 10. It will only sleep eight as the one of the beds is no longer on the premises.

Comfortable House

We traveled for Vegas Cup. 4 adults 4 kids (12) - this property was spacious and comfortable. Never felt crowded. Location to fields was perfect! 15 minutes to the strip.

Host is refusing to respond to Vrbo customer service. Bedroom is missing a bed which was brought to hosts attention. Host had to bring additional towels as there were only 4.Broken kitchen chairs and ripped patio cushions. Carpet was dirty along with baseboards.Overall, tried to rectify this issue with the host requesting an extra day or late checkout. They gave us an extended checkout but then took it away from us to allow a same day booking.Do not book

Very nice owner and location, but home needs upkeep. Pool cues broken, stained carpet, drip faucet, very little cooking supplies- there were no courtesy toiletries and no hand soap, TP or paper towels. When I reported this, though, the owner did send paper supplies. If you are just going to be out and about then good location. If you want to be comfortable and at home some, not recommended.

Not sure I would stay here again

The house was in a nice neighborhood and close to the freeway. However, the beds were very hard and super uncomfortable. The kitchen cookware was also terrible, very hard to cook with. Not sure I would stay here again.

The house was cute and spacious. My rating is based on the fact that the house wasn’t as clean as it should have been. The dishes in the kitchen were dirty and unorganized. The towels left on beds, that were rolled up, were wet and smelled faintly of mold. We inspected the house when we first arrived, checking which doors could open and which were locked, but when we woke up the next morning, one of the locked doors were wide open and it freaked me and my kids out, thinking someone came inside while we were sleeping.It made sleeping the second night a little difficult.

Overall the house was perfect for what our family was needing. 4 adults and 5 kids were very comfortable. A short drive up the freeway to the strip and just far enough away to feel out of the mix. Very nice neighborhood and felt safe. Very easy check in process and host was easy to communicate with. Would absolutely return if ever needed.
