Stuart, Jensen Beach, Port St Lucie; PRIVATE POOL just for you, and a great studio. The studio includes all new furniture, an adjustable King size bed, and a sitting area with a couch, love seat, tv, then your hallway to a kitchenet, and your amazing 5 pcs bathroom with soaking tub and separated shower. Your inside kitchenet has a good size fridge, a full-size kitchen sink, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, burners, plus outside there is another cooking area with electric small appliances. Table and many chairs for you in the sun or the shade. Direct entrance to your own studio: keyless entry door lock code. Your own quiet space separate from the main house. The studio on the right side, back of the house. Your own AC. Close to beaches, golf, shopping, restaurants ... walk to the dock within this gated community to see the sunset. There is everything within minutes from here. Charming area, I like the town center with music bands every Sunday, the outdoor market is fun to see all specialties, many festivals to attend. Day trip to West Palm Beach, just south, or go north to Orlando. Guests' comments: “Outstanding place to stay. Chantal was very responsive, and her listing is extremely accurate. The place is a total find and well worth it.”

Very nice, comfortable studio apartment with access to pool. Quiet neighborhood. The host was readily accessible with any questions I had. I would definitely stay there again.

Family of 2 in Stuart

The property was very clean and the outside area around the pool was amazing. Host was very responsive to any questions we had. The yard was immaculate and beautifully landscaped. Disappointed that the pool was not heated although listed as heated. And there was a lack of counter space for food preparation in the kitchenette. And the patio door didn’t really lock securely. Small improvements would make this an outstanding property.

to all; as per description in the listing, pool is heated only with a solar blanket, so with weather this last 2 months during nights in the 40s, the pool got just to 70 degree at that time. Warmer weather should be starting soon. Patio door lock information is beside that door, like most patio door, to lock pull up then turn the small round piece to horizontal. These guests were super clean and quiet. Thank you.
