We welcome you to stay at the Tuscan River Retreat featuring 2 bedrooms with Queen Beds and one full bathroom with spacious shower and marble heated floors. Whether you're relaxing in the high ceiling living room in front of the gas log fireplace or sipping your coffee on the covered front porch, your eyes will find 180 degree views of the Susquehanna River. Freshly remodeled in 2023 our river cottage is purely desired by all. The location is centered between York and Lancaster. Our guests enjoy the local restaurants, breweries, antiquing, kayaking, and hiking the many nearby trails. Come, stay and enjoy modern amenities with a traditional flair!

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please take trash to Totes by garage door.
Please start a load of dishes.
Please lock all doors when checking out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
If Excessive Cleaning is needed or if you bring a pet without paying the fee or we incur Pet Damage additional cost claimed from Security Deposit.
No Smoking in Home. Smoking in home will be claimed at $500 against Security Deposit for Smoke Remediation.
11am Checkout. $40 per hour thereafter will be deducted from Security Deposit in hourly increments only.
