Welcome to your lakefront retreat in sunny Florida, perfect for family and friends seeking an unforgettable experience. Our property offers both convenience and isolation, with proximity to Sarasota's shopping and dining, as well as stunning lakefront views. The world-renowned Siesta Beach, ranked #1 in the USA, is just 3 miles away from the main 3-bedroom house. The main house is beautifully furnished, creating a pleasant atmosphere for your stay. The 4th bedroom is located in the separate guest house.

Our two-acre getaway is fully fenced and gated, ensuring the safety and privacy of our guests. High-quality furnishings and a spacious 75" flatscreen TV provide entertainment options. Enjoy internet browsing on the Wi-Fi or catch up on your favorite shows on the internet TV.

The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and comes fully equipped, complete with a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, and more. After a day of fun, relax and watch the sunset before heading to one of the three bedrooms in the main house or the guest house (available for parties of 10 or more). The master bedroom features a king-size bed and a sofa-bed, while the second room has another king-size bed and a rollaway bed, and the third bedroom boasts a king-size bed. The guest house offers one king-size bed and a sofa-bed.

With a total of 4 bathrooms between both houses, including an additional bathroom with access to the pool deck and an outdoor shower for guest convenience, you'll find all the amenities you need. In the main house, the master suite bathroom has a toilet and a bathtub, while the second bedroom suite bathroom has a toilet and a shower. The third bathroom, with a toilet and a shower, is located right next to the third bedroom and is available for guests from the family room. The guest house features a bathroom with a toilet and a shower, and there's a laundry room with an energy-efficient washer and heat-pump EcoDry dryer for guest convenience.

The main house and guest house are booked together for the privacy and comfort of our guests. If your group has less than 10 people, the guest house will be locked but can be made available for smaller groups for an additional fee. For reservations of 10 guests or more, the guest house is automatically open, and both houses are at your disposal.

MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS: 1 month minimum reservation required with the exception of 2 weeks minimum a maximum of 30 days in advance. Please contact host for details. We have cameras monitoring the driveway, house entry, pool, and backyard. One faces the driveway, one by the front entrance, one over the guest house lanai door, and one on the NE corner facing the pool and gazebo.

Spacious, flexible home and property

Our impression of this property is that there is room for our party to gather together inside and outside, but opportunity for privacy.we are three senior couples Each of three bedrooms in the primary home has a private bathroom, and lounge area; the common room has seating and dining area for all guests. The guest house is available for a daily rental to accommodate short term overnight visitors.Outside seating options are poolside in the full sun, in a pavilion or next to the house under a porch roof at a table large enough for outdoor dining. We hope to return.

Family Get Together

This is an amazing property. We stayed here comfortably with 7 adults and 5 kids. Every household item needed was available. Patio area with a pool was a big hit with everyone. Truly an enjoyable long weekend. We would definitely (and probably will) book this property again.

Family get together for Grandma's 99th Birthday

We booked Sergey's place for a week to come celebrate Grandma's Birthday (99 this year) in Sarasota. There were 10 of us, including 6 adults and 4 children. The accommodations were spacious and the setting and pool were a big hit with everyone. The place was clean and well stocked and in a great location close to everything.The host was very helpful and responsive to our questions and needs and we all had a wonderful time. I would highly recommend this place!

Holiday Vacation Week

Fantastic property! Great location close to everything in a nice quiet neighborhood. Host Sergiy is very attentive and responds quickly with info and answers to any questions. We had six people stay in the main house and all had individual bedrooms, bathrooms, and personal space. There is also an added cabana if needed for more guest if needed. Great kitchen and open dining and common area perfect for eating and relaxing. Extra refrigerator and washer/dryer was a plus. Sergiy also had beach chairs, towels, and a cooler for our travel beach days. Outside is spectacular! Great heated and lit pool, seating area, and a covered pergola for relaxing overlooking the water in back of the property. Quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend this property for your Sarasota area vacation and I would definitely stay there again!

Phenomenal property

The house was wonderful and very large, especially the back yard and large pool and pool deck area. Everyone had their own private suite with large bedrooms and bathrooms. My dog mattie enjoyed herself and it was hard to get her out of pool. House had everything you could possibly need. The only thing I would add to the property is a small fence along the edge of lake. Thank you for hosting this property and we are already thinking about booking again next year for the family vacation 😎❤️

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!!!

A GREAT Experience! Exceptionally furnished. Spacious Bedrooms and Bathrooms. The beds were very comfortable. The water pressure and quality are excellent. Close to Beaches, restaurants and shopping. The living area and kitchen provided a great gathering place while the bed/bathrooms were very private. The guest cottage is outstanding as well. The pool area is wonderful with a great outdoor grill/kitchen area. The host is excellent with communication and very easy to with! If this property is available, don't pass it up. Its is more than worth it! Definitely a 5 Star resort! Thanks for a Great experience and weekend!

The house was a perfect set up for our group. We loved having a "heated" pool, especially since the beaches were closed most of the week due to hurricane. Not much to complain about. Just a note that the one toilet outside the bedrooms was running, needs new flapper. The toilet in the red and black room does not flush good at all, it takes 3-5 flushes to get it to go down most times. We were not aware of hottub not working and it kept turning on and we had to shut it off. These are nothing that would keep us from coming back.

The pool and house layout was fantastic.

Unfortunately too many small things didn’t work such as toilets, refrigerator water, frozen ice cube unit, sqeaking doors, no frying pans,roll-away bed had horrible mattress,left rear bedroom had poor AC venting, outside fans had no speed to them, dishwasher leaked and shower floor were very slippery and no rubber mattes. We’re never notified of an outside bathroom and shower. Could be a fantastic rental but way too many “little things”!

The Hostess was BULLY!

The property is beautiful, however the hostess was terrible and his customer service was aweful. yes we did have more people than originally scheduled but my siblings wanted to visit my mom since it was mothers day. we felt very violated because he constantly watched us from his camera. I even felt as though we were being watch from the inside as well. I was even afraid to bath. he made us pay his 120.00 for the extra room in which it was suppose to be included. He charged us 25.00 per person over the original plan. we had to zelle him right away or he threatened to call the police and have us removed without a refund. his demanded us to eave within 30 minutes before he would call the law. We did not have loud music or a party. The small kids were only in the pool and supervised by an adult. He was very mean and unprofessional with us from getting the house lock codes to telling us to get out. We remained calm with him throughout the entire time, but he was very rude and unprofessional. After recieving the additional money he demanded he calmed down but we still felt violated like he had cameras inside the home watching our every move, even when we went to the bathroom or i in the kitchen cooking. This was an awful experience. He told us we were not allowed to have guest over but it was only my siblings to visit my mother because of mothers day. Again beautiful home but the Host made us miserable. We paid over 1000 dollars for one night of misery.
