Station 450 was an excellent place to stay during my week in Cocoa Beach! Clean, quiet, and plenty of room for our crew. You have a short walk to the beach, and I appreciated the beach umbrellas and other beach gear available. Highly recommend staying here.

Thank you for the review. I'm glad you had a great time
And please keep me in mind for your next visit. To the area.
This property was very clean and comfortable. Chad was an excellent host, and reached out in a timely manner if we needed anything. Close to plenty of shopping, restaurants, and entertainment.
Wow! We were certainly impressed by everything this Vrbo had to offer! The history, the walk to downtown and the secluded beaches! We have littles and there was a back door to lock the kids out of the back of the house! The shower was true luxury! We were cozy the whole time! Big plus was the host was logged in to most streaming platforms and we got to watch bobsledding after spending our morning on the beach. We heard the shuttles shake the house when they took off which we thought was incredible. We left some stuff there and Chad was quick to respond and help us retrieve it! Awesome! Would stay there again!!!
House was very nice and well placed in the neighborhood. Had to stop at Publix for soap, toilet paper and paper towels but besides that the house was everything else we needed it to be.
I'm Chad, owner of the house that I still use to vacation and relax in. I grew up in this house and we are now 3 generations of Cocoa Beach natives, and invite you to enjoy beautiful Cocoa Beach in my home as my guest!
Why they chose this property
Welcome to Station 450! My Grandmother was part of the Space Program working at Partick Space Force Base (then called the Eastern Guided Missile Test Range) in the Tech-Lab helping develop the ICBM's and Manned Space Rockets sharing offices with all the top scientists. My Grandfather worked for Pan-American who had all the contracts developing the missiles for the US Air Force, the house has been host to several Astronauts, parties and dinners all related to the Space Race. My mother and aunt grew up in this house, I grew up in the house and now my daughters and grandchildren will be able to visit the house and keep it in the family.
I have renovated the house to give it the feel of a mix of a Tropical Resort with clean lines and simplicity, while still feeling comfortable and holding on to the rich family and local history.
