About the host
Hosted by Jon Lowe
Hi I'm Jon, and you're probably reading this because you're considering staying at our family summer home!
A bit about us, we're ex-Canadians, and have been in the US for the last several years. We have a son that's 8 (which is actually the main reason why we purchased the property). When we're not staying in CT, we're in NJ/NY, grinding the grind, or trying to see as much of the world as we can.
We're not professional hosts with tons of properties, this is the only one that we've got, and we love the idea of being able to share our special spot to create memories with others!
Why they chose this property
We had a really hard time trying to find a property that we loved that was within 2 hours of home, and directly on water. We found that there were plenty of places that were close to water; however weren't directly on water with private access. I love the idea of being able to sit and dangle my feet in the water in the summer or jump in on a hot day.
What makes this property unique
There are plenty of great properties in the Niantic area; what I like best about ours is the quantity of space we have; and direct access to water.
