We have been renting our house over 10 years! Families have been making wonderful memories here year after year!! The Private beach is safe and clean! The low tide provides clear blue water and beautiful sand bars to walk to, which is great for children. There is a convenient enclosed shower in the garage with hot water that is great to use after a day at the beach. We provide beach chairs, umbrellas and a wagon to tote your beach gear and kids to the beach 3 houses away. The neighborhood has 106 houses which are all privately owned . It is a very safe area to walk at all times of day and have the kids ride their bikes if they bring them along. The yard is spacious with plenty of room to play and hang out after a day at the beach! There is a fun fire pit in the back yard to roast marshmallows and a grill for barbequing !
Five minutes down the road is the quaint seaside town of Niantic. There are many great restaurants, 2 breweries, and a great candy store! Also you will find the famous Sift bakery and a delicious family run bakery Giuliano's as well as two ice cream shops! Niantic has a one mile waterfront boardwalk which has clean bathrooms at the entrance, is free and very family friendly to walk.
Our beach house has countless fun places to go during your stay! It is 25 minutes to Foxwoods and Moheghan Sun Casinos! Mystic Village is 22 minutes away with awesome restaurants, brewery, quaint shops, and ice cream! Rhode Island beaches are about one hour and beautiful Newport RI is one and a half hour away.
