Centrally located in Highlands/Jefferson Park, this 4-level townhome has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms. Townhome features designer finishes including top of the line furniture, bedding, linens, 3 smart TV’s with Apple TV on each, Comcast high-speed Internet and Hunter Douglas electric blinds in main living area and master bedroom. Comfortably sleeps 6 people (3 couples). This townhome has it all-you will feel like you are staying at a 5-star hotel! Two king beds, and one queen murphy wall bed. Conveniently located for those coming to Denver for events, to explore the city or watch a Denver Broncos football game. Finished standard two-car garage parking with an epoxy floor, ping pong table and additional parking space behind the garage door on exterior of garage door.
Space: Bedrooms: King size beds in both the master and guest bedrooms. Main floor entry bedroom (home & garage entrances) has a queen size Murphy Wall Bed. Note this bedroom is not fully private and open to the home’s stairs. Master bedroom has a LED 55” Smart TV with Apple TV. Main floor entry bedroom has a 34” mounted 4K LED Smart TV with Apple TV.
Living Room: Large and open area with sectional couch, gas fireplace and LED 60” Smart TV with Apple and full integrated Harmony remote.
Kitchen: Fully Stocked kitchen with 4 barstools and a 6-person dining area. Complete with all the modern essentials to make a delicious homemade meal.
Laundry: Equipped with a full-size front load washer and dryer off Master Bedroom in hallway.
Garage: Oversized and insulated standard 2-car garage with epoxy flooring.
Guest Access: Guest(s) will have access to everything in the home. Door code will be given upon check-in. We will be available for your questions during your stay but the amount of interaction will be determined by you, the guest. We are at your service 24/7.
Other things to note: Home comes with an extensive welcome packet/instruction manual on how to use TV’s, electric blinds & where to find specific items, etc. 2 Char-Broail infra-red gas grills. 4 burner on rooftop, 3 burner off kitchen balcony. Nest WiFi cameras on exterior front entry & garage for owner and guest security. No cameras are in interior private guest areas. Use hot tub, fire pit and gas grills at your OWN RISK. Do not walk on wood floor or steps with wet feet from the shower or hot tub. Towels provided. Adherence to additional rules and usage outlined in the provided Welcome Packet and the "Check-Out" procedures. Clean with all the amenities I needed. Great walkable and safe neighborhood. Nearby restaurants were great. Jefferson Park is a close walk also. Would stay here again.
Place is awesome. Great location. Plenty to see and do close by. Rooftop and hot tub with views of the city and Mile High Stadium were a high light. Fabulous place.
Our family girls trip to Denver was a great experience! Our stay at the Highlands Townhome was very enjoyable! Views, accommodations, area were all fantastic! The host was responsive and accommodating. We visited a couple of the suggested eateries-El Five and Mason and Graham. FANTASTIC!Thank you!
Great location! Beautiful property. The rooftop hot tub really hit the spot after long days of hiking and shopping. Really love how the kitchen is fully stocked with basic condiments and necessities. We’ll definitely stay here again next time we are in Denver.
Dave was very responsive and helpful! He even helped me locate emergency dental care! The place was lovely and so close to everything. Our young adult kids loved the hot tub as much as we did, noted it was their favorite vrbo yet, and took a picture of the sheet tag so we can get some just like it. Need I say more? We would definitely come back again.
We love this home. It was our second stay, 4 years ago being a he first, and it was just as I remembered. Clean, maintained, detailed, just a great house. And the hosts are so nice and flexible. Getting there a little early was no problem for our stay as they graciously let us check in 2 hours earlier without trying to nickel and dime us. Can’t wait to stay here again, hopefully not 4 years later next time.
Metallica was almost as Dave! Recommend this place to anyone who wants to be within walking distance of the Empower Field Stadium. And the hot tub views were beautiful. Thank you Dave for going out of your way to rescue us!
We enjoyed our stay here. We travel quite a bit and will say this property had just about everything. Lots of towels and kitchen accessories . Especially appreciate the use of the garage for our stay.
