Jen was an amazing host. The property was meticulously maintained. She made sure we had everything we needed! Shen created an environment where we could socialize with other guests or keep to ourselves. She made plenty of recommendations for local eateries and entertainment. We would definitely stay again!

Dearest Maureen, Thank you for sharing your experience. Glad you enjoyed your stay. Hosting you was a joy & absolute pleasure.
You and Dana are among my favorite guests of all time. Ur Truly magnificent people. Glad we had the opportunity to hang out.
Look forward to your next visit. 🥰
This was the perfect location for our visit to the Annapolis Boat Show. We were able to walk everywhere we needed to go. Jennifer has all the amenities from linens to coffee. I would recommend this for anyone visiting the city docks of Annapolis
Good location. Very manageable to local attractions. Manager very pleasant and attentive. Occasionally sounded as if someone would be walking in our room
I loved staying in this historic old property. The host Jen is wonderful, helpful and friendly. The space is unique, cozy and right downtown for the ultimate days-of-yore Annapolis experience. Steps away from everything you'd go to Annapolis to see; the restaurants, shops, Ego Alley, and the Naval Academy. My dog Wally loved it too, the restaurants are dog friendly, some inside as well as outside. The state house lawn was a nice place for dog walking, and you get a feel in the neighborhood for what the town was 200 years ago.

Thanks for the review. Fletcher and I also enjoyed meeting you and Wally. Glad you enjoyed your stay. Hope to see you both again soon.
Jennifer was the best hostess. She is professional, polite, great communicator, and willing to accommodate. This listing was perfect for me as I needed a place quick when I decided to attend my Navy Reunion.

Amador, Thanks for sharing your experience. Glad you enjoyed your stay and appreciated my hosting style. It’s always a treat to accommodate exemplary guests like yourself.
I hope you have a truly magnificent holiday & that you’ll return next time you’re in town.
All my best.

Good but you need to update the electrical system. Too many extension cords with too many things plugged in

Thank you for the feedback, Joe. Electric was actually updated in 2020. Given the home is nearly 300yrs old, we were limited on outlet installation locations. Fortunately the corded strips do the trick & I’m assured are safe.
Hope to host you again in the near future.

The suite was beautifully decorated and looks like the photo. The location was central within historical Annapolis. Jennifer was both friendly and communicative. Because the room is basically in the basement it was quite musty and I had a headache after sleeping there. The electricity was faulty so the fan in the bedroom constantly went on and off all night. The outlet in the bathroom didn't work and the AC in the bathroom surged on and off the first night. The shower lever didn't seem to allow the handheld to function. Perhaps that was me. Finally after paying a substantial bnb charge, I'm not sure why the guest is expected to strip the bed and take out the trash. Please use your discretion.

Thx for providing a candid review Daphne. Disappointed you didn’t have the stellar experience I aim to provide guests.
Although it’s unfortunate the electric seemed to be quirky during your stay, it fortunately seems to have been an isolated issue with the Constellation/ BGE power grid and not the home.
Regarding the request to take out the trash - I understand your frustration. This is only to prevent bugs, rodents & orders.
If you’d like to try a future stay I’m happy to extend a 20% discount.
All the best,
Jennifer
