As you enter this newly built bright and airy home, you will come into the open living area with comfortable couches, TV and games for memorable and cozy evenings after a day at the beach/Mineral Springs. The kitchen and dining area is open into the living room with an open concept. Master bedroom has a queen bed and attached bathroom with a stand up shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed with adjacent bathroom (shower/tub combo). The third bedroom has 2 bunk beds that sleeps 4 total. Off the kitchen area is a screened in lanai with an outdoor dining table to enjoy beautiful Florida evenings!
Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Welcome to our beautiful newly built private duplex- perfect for your family getaway! Quiet & secure neighborhood. Only a short 3 minute drive to Warm Mineral Springs, 20 min to Englewood beach, close to numerous stores and restaurants.
Driveway/street parking available.
Sleeps 8 comfortably + baby (pack&play provided).
Bright kitchen, new appliances, fun family room with TV & games.

Beach chairs/toys for your use!
If you need more space for your family get together- the other side of this duplex is also available for short term rent- Can be found under my listings! Both sides are completely separate and do not have any shared spaces other than the large driveway.
Our home is your home! Nothing is off limits other than a small closed closet we use to store supplies. We appreciate you taking care of our home and belongings just like you would with your own. :)

We will go out of our way to make you feel at home. However, owner reserves the right to cancel reservation without refund for violations of home rules (no parties, no extra guests in property not on original reservation, no smoking, no pets.)
