The home is located on a quiet neighborhood with an extra lot. You can enjoy a bike ride or a nice long walk after a day at the beach. It has 3 bedroom and 2 1/2 baths, Lanai is tiled with a beautiful design for a Florida home. Minutes away from the 'fountain of youth' Warm Mineral Springs and only 1/2 hour away from beautiful beaches such as the number one beach Siesta Key. It offers a great location to shopping centers and boutique stores. Very close to Punta Gorda which offers any guest that loves to travel a fantastic view of the Charlotte Harbor and also entertainment.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors

If time permits, please strip beds and towels place them in the laundry room. You may start a load of laundry if you have time.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The garage is off limit to guest, but they can park in the driveway. We also accept smoking in the lanai area or outside. At this time no pets.

My husband and I enjoy traveling and we were able to go to Australia and visit my brother in 2004. I am a Special Education Teacher for Sarasota District Schools and enjoy my job and all the wonderful students I have.
My husband Richard is semi-retired and he is a Jack of all trades working on antique cars and mechanic work. We enjoy flipping houses and finding the right buyer for all the hard work we put into the home.
We would like to travel to Greece someday it's on our bucket list.

Our property is centrally located and close to many amenities such as shopping and restaurants. We are close to Punta Gorda where the Fisherman's Village is located with many specialty shops and restaurants.
We are 10 minutes from Warm Mineral Springs often called The Fountain of Youth".

Our Key West room is a very colorful room that offers many paintings and a big screen TV to watch your favorite shows.
Our Lanai is a great place to have your coffee in the morning or entertain your friends and family.
Our quiet street is wonderful for walking and riding a bike you can sit in our hammock and enjoy the wildlife and you may even see "Tucker Turtle" or "Aussie the Owl".
