The property and apartment were beautiful. The area was really quiet considering it was walkable to a public lot and main road. The furnishings were super comfortable and cozy. I would definitely stay here again next time I am in the area.

Cute, artistic rustic one bedroom

The building is on a corner, very minimal traffic, and the property is nice with some art sculptures on the ceiling. The apartment is nicely stocked, and as the photos show, renovated with a dark wood rustic interior. There’s even a washer and dryer!

Gorgeous and comfortable space!

My husband and I rented this for a weekend trip. I’m a sucker for older, unique homes and this definitely hit the mark. Comfortable couches and bedding. Very clean and up to date. Short walk from Nostro restobar and another Italian place that was really good. Character coffee was a nice stop too.

We traveled from St Louis to Utica to only find out the owner double booked the house so we were left with no place to stay and every hotel booked in Utica. We happen to run into the owner and he admitted to double booking and has done this before. Unacceptable

Easy to access apartment. Full kitchen and dinette. Beautiful wood interior made for a cozy stay. George the host was also very welcoming!
