MAIN FLOOR

The main floor of our homey Cape cottage consists of an open living room/kitchen, two bedrooms, and one full bathroom.

The living room is centered by a brand new extra comfy couch + a 65” Roku 4k TV. We have Netflix and Sling subscriptions all set up for you, you won’t even need to sign in :) The media console under the TV holds a treasure chest of board games & card games to keep the whole family entertained, as well as a PS5 (Parents - Let me know if you want us to hide this, we have heard that request before!).

In the kitchen, you’ll find a full assortment of cookware, along with spices, staple ingredients, & everything you need to whip up a home-cooked meal. Help yourself to snacks and local coffee from Mary Lou’s & Cape Cod Coffee (who happens to have fantastic pizza). Everything is brand new - Fridge, stove, toaster, coffee maker, & blender included.

In our two main floor bedrooms, you will find peace and serenity to unwind from work, enjoy quality time with the family, or read a good book in your own personal reading nook. The room on the left comes with a 55” Roku 4k TV for those who prefer sports or Tarantino to Hemingway. There are 2 high chairs and 2 pack and plays in the closet if you have toddlers, as well as a baby gate you can easily set up for the stairs. Both rooms have Queen memory foam mattresses, and they are incredibly comfortable.

Between the kitchen and bedrooms, you will find our first full bath. Let us know what you think of the whales.


SECOND FLOOR

On the second floor, you will find the master bedroom, another full bath (no whales this time), and a 4th bedroom equally well-suited for adults, teens, or young ones.

The master bedroom comes equipped with a Queen memory foam mattress and a corner-mounted 50” Roku 4k TV (not yet shown in pictures), as well as an oversized lounge chair and a desk setup (we do have max speed wifi throughout the house, in case you need it). There is something grand feeling about this room; We absolutely love it and hope you will too.

Between the master and the fourth bedroom is our second full bath.

Last, but not least, the final bedroom contains a Full over Full bunk bed as well as a separate Full bed with a Twin trundle. This room is perfect for kids, or friends of all ages who want to stay up late cracking jokes and keeping each other company.


OUTDOOR SPACE

The spacious backyard has an outdoor dining table that seats 10, along with a separate lounge area built around a firepit. Enjoy our outdoor shower to wash off after days at the beach, and show off your grillmaster skills with our massive six-burner propane grill.
