Oceanfront Penthouse Cerritos Beach, directly North of Cerritos Beach Inn, 3rd floor with elevator with access to undeveloped roof top deck ( work in progress) Direct oceanfront with Pool and large spa / oceanfront. 2000 sq foot 3 bedroom and 3 1/2 Bath, fully equipped with washer dryer and beach equipment, AC units in all 3 bedrooms and kitchen / living room. Very few properties actually on the beach in Cerritos, most are a few rows back or hillside with views... Also Cerritos Beach Inn is 5 feet aways with excellent food and drink...

The Wave is a fabulous property! We have stayed here before and love the location. The ocean views can’t be beat from the units and the pool area. The beautiful stretch of beach is peaceful and wonderful for walking and taking in the beautiful sunsets. We love the quaint beachfront restaurant right next door and walking down to the Cerritos Beach restaurants as well. Jeff is very welcoming and easy to communicate with and was available to answer questions and help with anything. We hope to return again next year!
