Rent this charming Sag Harbor 3 bedroom, 3 bath cottage in private bay-side community with beach access at the end of the road. 5 minutes from Sag Harbor town, 10 minutes to Bridgehampton and 20 minutes to East Hampton or South Hampton. Enjoy days filled with beach walks along Clam Island nature preserve, swimming in Noyac Bay, hiking in Trout Pond or feeding the birds in Elizabth A Morton National Wildlife Refuge.
Oversized master bedroom with seating area and en-suite bath. 2nd private master bedroom also with en-suite bath and 3rd bedroom with 2 full size beds. Open concept kitchen, large living room and dining area with additional bar seating. Oversized family room with vaulted ceiling and desk work space. Full size Laundry room. good location, fantastic interiors but poor yard/facilitties. the landlord was extremely generous as a host. Allthough a lot of info regarding different funcionallities could help for guests
