Island Cabana is a 3rd floor condo ( stairs only)at the Beach Club condominium complex! Property is 540 square feet, 1 bedroom, 1 bath. One block from the beach! Queen size bed in master, queen sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress in living room. Ocean views from master and living area.

This property is within walking distance to the beach. So close you can listen to the waves crash on the shore from the open patio doors or deck at night. Wake to a beautiful sunrise and view of the Gulf of Mexico from the living room or bedroom. Kitchen is fully equipped as well as a washer & dryer for your convenience.
Complex Amenities include a fitness center, business center, dry sauna, horseshoe pit, private pond, picnic areas, BBQ grills and a heated pool. Mustang Island State Park and Padre Island National Seashore are both just 15 minutes away.You can play golf at the world-class Palmilla Golf Club, which is just 15 minutes down the road. There are also conveniently located restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance.
