Introducing Bay Tree C9-10- a Port Aransas treasure! This 2br/2ba condo that has been tastefully remodeled and decorated. It is located on the second floor with no elevator access. There is an interior spiral staircase that connects first and second floors that leads to the bedrooms. Includes stackable washer/dryer on the main level. Tile floors throughout, comfy furnishings, spacious balcony with a view of the marina and intercoastal waterway! Close to restaurants, fishing, beach, and night life. The common areas include a large swimming pool, private lighted fishing pier, covered parking, boat parking, and boat slips. No smoking, no pets. Parking for 2 vehicles. Boat slips for rent at an additional cost of 45 dollars + tax per night. It is first come, first serve. Please request at the time of booking. Bay Tree requires a parking pass for your vehicle and wrist bands worn at the community facilities. These are issued upon check-in.

- A two-night minimum stay is required.
- Contracting guests must be at least 25 years old, have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID, and be present throughout the entire stay
