Great home away from home!

We needed a place to stay while our house was being remodeled. The stay here was great - house was well taken care of, had great amenities, and the location allowed for easy access to almost anything we needed.Hosts were very responsive when we needed anything but also allowed us the space to just live at the house.Super awesome house - highly suggest!

We had a great stay at this Kirkland house for a girl's weekend. The place was clean and spacious. We liked how the place had coffee and fresh flowers!

Lovely Home

Family had to find a short-term place due to a home repair, and this home was a lovely respite in a hectic week. The property is clean, and open, and has lovely views of Mt Rainer. Very happy to have stayed here and would probably go back if in a similar circumstance.

Communication with the host was responsive and quick. The home size fit our needs as did the location. The kitchen was workable but could have been better equipped as we did all meals at the home. No larger bowls or platters for serving. Silverware was limited. Dinning room table was extremely damaged prior to our arrival and the chairs to that set in our opinion need to be replaced. Torn with no support to keep you at a comfortable level to eat. View of Mt. Rainier was stunning the one day we were able to see it. Front stair paver needs attention.

Kirkland renovated house

Clean, renovated house in a quiet neighborhood. Lower level has a very roomy second living room, kitchen, bedroom and bath. The house is perfect for a large family. Xin, the host, was communicative about the facilities but we had no concerns and would certainly stay thete again.

Even better than advertised!

From the moment we arrived, our stay here was awesome. The house fit our needs perfectly. Very clean, spacious, breathe-taking view of Mt. Rainier, comfortable beds, stocked kitchen…and walking distance to the grocery store and other amenities! Very easy and fast commute to great shopping and restaurants. Owner was extremely helpful and immediately responsive to all questions. We will be back!!

Relaxing Family Christmas Getaway

My family and I had a relaxing stay at Xin & Miranda's very clean house. The kitchen and living room was the perfect place for us to all hang out, cook together, watch movies, play games and puzzles and relax. We even saw Rainier one afternoon from the kitchen window, which was so spectacular! Each bedroom had very comfortable accommodations and the neighborhood was very quiet. The location was great too because it was close to the grocery, and close to some pretty great parks for us to go on walks. If there is ever another big family get together, I'd definitely go back!
